I'm 57 and live in Miami. Lived here since I was 5 and my husband was born here. I would love to retire up there in about 10 years. Going to be interesting to see what our state looks like by then and especially Vero and Sebastian.

Is it true that Sebastian Inlet is rough and can be dangerous for new boaters?
Yes, it’s a narrow inlet and can be very dangerous for newer boaters who don’t know what they’re doing.

Vero Beach without question man! Lots more nightlife here for mid 20s - 30s.

Yes there are. I received your email and will send you everything we have.
Watching this video long after it was published. However your info about Sebastian is just wrong. Sebastian does NOT permit boats, rvs, etc in your front yard. You can pull one to the side of your home but it must be behind the the front set back. Grass must be mowed. These regulations are enforced. Period. We do have a lot of non HOA properties, but regardless you can’t have your toys in the front yard. I have no idea where the non HOA 1/2 acre yards are in Sebastian. Most lots are about .15 to .20 acres. A few folks have two lots, but this is still well below 1/2 acre. In the county there are larger yards, but most of these have a Vero mailing address

Nice hearing from you again. I didn’t say front yard in the video, I said if your lot is large enough (meaning wide enough) it can be done. Maybe I should have specified side yards, but the purpose of this video was to say it is allowed when not restricted by an HOA.
Also I just set a client up on a search yesterday for homes on half acre lots in Sebastian and there were 26 results even with this limited inventory.

Sebastian is the place to live, cuz there's a lot of poor in Vero Beach.

Here is the TRUE Facts about ZERO BEACH and Sebastian , and I lived in Both cities , There are just a little more things to do in Vero , More stores and nice Restauants , Vero is very pretty the water is Beautiful . It is more Expensive to live in Vero where I owned a home , houses and apartments are Expensive unless you have a good income , Most of the rich live on the Island , Millionaires live in Johns Island , and the Billionairs live in WINDSOR where there known for Polo and these people have their own Helicopter pads in there back yards . Hate to say it but this is True Most people are Snooty , people who have a lot of money and the Phonies that they pretend to have money . Very Beach is the home of newlyweds and nearly deads . Now Sebastian is Larger just by Population of a lot of homes and the lots for new homes are going fast . Sebastian does has its Share of Old Fossills like me , but there are some young people too . If you are a Millenial you would like Vero better . Sebastian is laid back and Most of the People are Friendly . Most are Blue collar .
