10:01 For the most part it's kinda like that. You start with very rough and basic shapes and keep adding detail to de mesh and doing a lot of adjustments to get the thing right

The original statue of david is almost 3 stories tall in person. Its so big that the museum its in was actually built around the statue itself.

3D computer animation student here, the tools in this program are actually very similar to the tools we work with in Zbrush and this program looks super fun to get in. Also I can absolutely understand the high pitched voice excitement as a 2D artist creating 3D work its soo satisfying when things work out when you have absolutely no idea what you're doing!
Definitely vandalise some statues! Also, it would be interesting if you could try and make a dragon!

This is a really cool software and I could definitely see game devs using this to quickly make decent looking models for things you won't see up close (like, say, units in a Civilisation-style game)

You should play around with ‘eraser clay’ it’s like moldable clay and once you bake it it turns into an eraser. I thought it was cool because you can make fun shaped erasers. (I thought of this from your previous polymer clay video)

it's like how rob scallon can basically play any instrument, when you are a master of one or a couple of types of art medium, you can use your skills to be pretty competent at other related mediums

I've used Paint 3D, TinkerCAD, and recently, Microsoft 3D Builder. I generally prefer CAD over 3D sculpting, but this looks really fun and easy to use.
