It’s a very safe place and among top 5 best places to do business in Africa. But Uganda is beautiful as well. It’s just that Rwanda is the place to be as it’s security and organisation is way better. Plus it’s a very peaceful and serene environment. Also very clean. It’s just a very special country. I am from there by the way but haven’t lived there in a very long time since I was 9 years and now I am 34.
