- Fleetwood Mac performing "Songbird" and taking the final bows in San Diego at The Vejas Arena on December 2, 2014. The ending of this show was significant because lead singer Stevie Nicks didn't do her final speech. You can see her telling Lindsey Buckingham that she's not going to do it and Mick Fleetwood looking around for her before he starts his speech. The show started a little late this night because of a bad rain storm. Traffic was terrible and the audience was slow to get in. We assume she dropped the speech because the show was running long. Fleetwood Mac always put on a very entertaining show and this night was no exception! They are world class entertainers and one of the few that live up to the hype. Go see them live if they come to your city! Uploading this for the fans that couldn't be at this sold out show :) The video was shot in HD on the SonyHX50v.
I’m devastated that she’s no longer with us. Out of all the vast hits FleetwoodMac has nothing holds a candle to Songbird. Rest in peace Christine. Thank you for the music❤

I was so blessed to see the entire Fleetwood Mac Band when they toured 2014 in Denver. This song was the last song that was played that night, Christine sang it so beautifully, it would bring anyone to tears. R.I.P. Beautiful Lady 😍
I was so blessed and honored to see her in Denver too. It was a night I would never forget. I'm just devastated that she's gone. She and Fleetwood Mac have been in my life for 40 years.😢💔

I remember Songbird being the last song played (last encore) at a show on the Mirage tour, during the 1980s. It seemed as if they used this song to calm down the audience.
We were there as well, about row 14 left of stage on the floor. We flew in from Yakima Wa. to see them. It was definitely a highlight for us. Seen them twice in early eighties in Seattle. Long time fans. Sorry she has passed but will forever be with us through the years of music she brought.

I saw Christine and Lindsey when they toured together in Ohio at the MGM and they were both excellent. They showcased their own solo talent away from the Fleetwood Mac limelight. Rest in peace Songbird.
It seems that we rarely consider the passing of our icons until they are already gone. Christine was a special lady with a voice unlike any other; so soft and gentle yet so full of emotion. I will mourn her until I am no longer. Rest In Peace, my Songbird. You will always be in my heart and on my mind. Thank God I will always have your music to see me thru.
