You guys have come such a long way and I am proud to say I have supported you guys since the first day you open your doors. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to this passionate community.
Thanks for this amazing feedback! Your feedback means a lot to the team! So happy to hear that you have been with us since the beginning. We thrive to give you and the community the best possible experience to your flight simulation. Thanks again and have a great day! Fly Safe!
Big fan of your Simbrief, Charts and all associated apps and plugins. You are a great contribution to making flight simulation the "childhood dream come true" it has become in recent years.
Thanks. I always check the hub for updates before I fly since I typically only fly once a week . There was a glitch a few days ago but you guys got it fixed quickly with a revision to the last airac cycle. Thanks for that!
I'm seriously considering subscribing just to update to the current AIRAC data for my aircraft (for this month). Does the AIRAC data disappear after the month subscription ends, or does that data remain in the aircraft afterwards?
Hi! If you keep old navigation data saved, you may use it although the subscription has expired, however, it is unfortunately not possible for us to store old cycles and distribute them to subscribers or previous subscribers.
I'm curious if there is a charge to use this software. I don't like installing things on my computer without prior notice that, in the end, I have to pay for. The video doesn't specify. Thanks.
Great question! Its both a yes and no answer. You can use SimBrief free of charge. With SimBrief you can plan and review your flight. If you want to use the full functionality of Navigraph Charts and Simbrief among all the other features we talk about in this video and our Weather Tutorial video to name a few, then we recommend you to subcribe to our service via our website. I strongly recommend you to visit our website and read more about our company and our products on navigraph.com - Have a great day and Fly Safe :)
Good question :) A Navigraph subscribtion includes all the features we talk about in the video and more. Navigraph Hub is the heart of the system, it interacts with your Flight Sim and Navigraph Charts. The beauty of Navigraph Hub is that it keeps all your Navigraph Charts data and airplane Add-ons updated. Navigraph Hub is included in our subscription. Here is a link to our products section on our website navigraph.com/products We hope this was the answer you were looking for :) @@KevinMick
We discussed free trials in the company, but it's hard due to the licenses used in our product. We have SimBrief as a freeware, you can use it for flight planning, and read your OFP. www.simbrief.com/home
Hello! I have a problem with my IFR high routes. I love everything navigraph has done but my pmdg 737-600 just keeps saying that all the ifr routes are not in database Does anyone have an fix?
@Navigraphteam Yes, I do have a subscription. I went through the forms and found a fix. Thankfully, Have a great day @navigraphteam And thanks for the great charts
If you use Navigraph AIRAC, airports with outdated scenery data in msfs will no longer show any STARs in FMC. Changi and Hong Kong are two airports I found, where I had to purchase addon scenery to make the latest STARs show up again in the planes. Totally worth it, btw.
Hi there! This sounds like something that our developers and technical support staff can help you with, please post it on our forum.navigraph.com, our developers and technical support staff will gladly assist. Many thanks.
@@Navigraphteam Hi. I checked the replies on previous threads and it was always traced back to outdated airport data in msfs, nothing Navigraph could solve.

SimLink, Navigraph Hub and The Navigraph app. 1. SimLink has to be running in the background. 2. Simulator has to be running. 3. Launch the Navigraph app on IOS. 4. Navigraph is the one add-on I would not do without. Great to see it continue to grow and add more functionality.

As expensive as the real charts
Hi there!
We use real Charts and data according to the AIRAC Cycle. So it is as real as it gets for flight simulation.
