Carissa, your finishing details are just stunning! Definitely coming back to this often, jam packed with simple ideas for making a card feel more finished!
I had to pin this Carissa, these are all so beautiful and you have shared so many tips that I don't want to forget any of them. LOL... Absolutely gorgeous cards!
i really enjoyed your video. I want to layer the flowers for Mothers Day. I will try using your ideas. I will let you know how it went. I want to print the image and use the mask and later cut like you said.
plateaumom This is usually done with new clear stamps to prep them so they take the ink smoothly. Another method is to use an eraser to rub across the image. Both methods take off residue left after the manufacturering process. Prevents a splotchy impression. Hope this helps. 😊
Carissa, this is going to sound unkind but it's the sort of thing your mother or sister or dear friend is supposed to say to you. Please stop talking through your nose--it is annoying and distracts from your message--which, by the way, is quite good. This nasal sound is really not attractive and my pointing this out to you is meant out of kindness. Cutesy sounding voices may work for eight-year old girls but not for women. Wishing you the best.
I like how you popped up the layers in this die cut flower. Beautiful mum that you turned into beautiful cards

Great tip to cut the pop up areas first!!!TFS
I like your tip about cutting the detail out first. When I tried to pop up the petals the flowers looked wrinkled so I don't do that anymore.
All are lovely, as all your cards are. Tfs

Why do you stamp the stamp w/Versamark before using colored ink?
