This is one of the very first Finnish songs I’ve ever heard. I’m learning the language and I’m in love. This should’ve won. Or at least gotten more attention.
Whoever had the idea to put the dancers those false teeth to make them look more batshit crazy and insane, he/she is a genius. I hope the performance in May will be the same as this one because its just perfect.

I like that little detail because it may be sending an underlying message. The song is about getting drunk and partying, but the manic smiles of the dancers may be hinting that such a lifestyle can make a person "insane" if overdone. Perhaps this song is a poor man's descent into alcoholism rather than the "fun party anthem" it seems on the surface.

The transition from dark and broody to light and cheerful in this song and performance is MASTERFULLY done.
When i was listening to the first part of the song i was like "well, it's not bad but i don't think why fans are so excited about it and then: YAAAAAAS BIIIIIIIITCH, and run to the euro scoreboard app to put it in the TOP 3"

@ESC Lusbula I can't really agree with you here. Quite different genre. I think Käärijä gives something new and more uncommon. At the same time Blind Channel was kinda in the shadows of Måneskin, which were a way better performer. I wouldn't say Blind Channel was bad at all though.
Of course, televotes would be highest, but I hope some of the jury would go with the public here. Just like we saw with Måneskin:)

My parents jumped around with me when Käärijä won. It was the first time we'd ever watched (most of) a national final together and they were just as obsessed with "Cha Cha Cha" as I was, so they were also just as excited as I was when he swept it!

Not only is the song a complete banger but they crushed it with the staging, visuals, choreography and the dancers' commitment. It's been my winner since I saw the lyric video but the live performance has managed to elevare it even further. I like many if the songs in my country's NF (Sweden), as well as a few other competitors (France has a great song), but I really hope this one wins it!

This song and performance have such an undescribable energy, it makes you feel happy no matter how sad could be.

In short it is about how you need to break through you shyness and get yourself on to the dancefloor even if you dont necessarily know how to dance, just have fun!
That indescribable feeling is called "nausea". Which is what I feel when I hear this rubbish. Also, who is singing the main part of the chorus? He isn't, and there are no backing singers. You are allowed pre-recorded backing vocals, but that's a main vocal.
