Kakko has played quite well this year. Granted, he’ll never be a star, but he’s evolved into a strong middle six guy who can grind in the corners and score at even strength. He’ll play for another decade, I think.
Rangers fans who watch this team every day know how bad they’ve been. Trouba is barely an NHL player at this point. Not sure what team would take him. He’s going to waived.
As a jackets fan the part everyone doesn’t talk about: multiple coaches and FO think he’s not ready, and have been ready to move on. Portzline reported: player sees himself as NHL ready, wants big NHL minutes and a power play role. Coach and FO disagree, and there’s the issue. He wants given something his play has not earned. He also has some pretty big skating deficiencies. I hope whoever acquires him is able to make it work and that we get a package that’s fair value
Oh and for the record: Fabbro has been great. Playing top pairing or second pairing role. Much of it beside werenski, has been a factor most nights. It’s been a great pickup, so scoff at the need to do it or not, shrewd business by DW
Chris’ hair is making him look like pidgeot
Yes!
Great show fellas.

Eff it, I'm bored, and the Cats needs an RD:
CBJ gets:
2026 1st (Fla)
2025 4th (Cgy)
Uvis Balinskis
FLA gets:
David Jiricek
I wonder why Cleveland never got a NHL team. Why did Columbus get the team over Cleveland?
Cleveland had one in the 70's and failed because nobody came to the games

Typical younger player these days
