Mojotone AA764 Vibro Champ

This is a Mojotone Vibro Champ parts kit that I paired with a transformer set I had and some spare tubes. Great sounding amp! I’m running it through an 8 ohm 2x10 cabinet here with a Dewdrop (Mojo Hand FX) reverb pedal.

Beautiful tones! Has that classic black panel semi-scooped midrange that gives guitars such good sound. I wouldn't mind knowing more details about the recording (what guitar? what brand of speakers in the 2-12 cab, etc...) but I got the main idea. I happen to have a 70s era silver panel Champ, but if I ever need vibrato or that black panel tone, I'm going to Mojotone!

Thank you so much! I was using a 90's American Standard Telecaster. I did use a 2x10 cabinet with Celestion Gold alnico speakers. I really think Mojotone did well with this parts kit. I did have an issue with Negative Feedback that really set me back (high pitched oscillation). I changed the 2.7K NFB resistor to 10K and the oscillation went away. Otherwise, this was a simple, weekend project with great results...I think.
