@@bricktop. stongly disagree, its literally backwards. the problem with doing the whole "big superstar that trash talks to draw in casuals" move is that it works great short term & horrible long term. those "fans" that people like conor attract are not the fans ufc & glory & boxing should be targeting. those fans only show up once a year, when a conor or mayweather or badr fights. for the rest of the 97% of the cards they could give 2 craps about it because they are casuals... therefor the smart the thing to do would be to build your sport around the hardcore fans, the fans like me that watches every ufc card from start to finish. thats the solution, you take care of your hardcore fans & keep them happy while finding ways to bring in new fans. yes it will be slower but in the long run it will help the sport reach its full potential. not all this conor crap. plus i think combat sports in general do a crap job of advertising their product
