Sir Igor, i think you should make a video about how to be more confident with your moves. I think it would really help a lot of people like me who find a good move but get worried and end up not playing it

It's called the 4 pawn attack because when white loses their c,d,e and f pawns, they can try to attack with the 4 pawns they have left :)

Is there any way to counter that variation where we castle opposite sides ( black king side and vice-versa ) in London system.
    Something like
    1. d4 Nf6 2. Bf4 g6 3. Nf3 Bg7 4. e3 O-O 5. c3 d6 6. Bd3 Nc6 7. Qc2 Re8 8. Nbd2

i'm wondering the same. black would have to pullot the queen, since re4 would only postpone the inevitable with worse outcome. anyhow, i'm not a 2000+ so i'd love to learn how this move qg2 will win material.

In the first trap white just corrects his mistake and plays Be2, yes it's a waste of a move, but black's Bishop is not that good on g4 so both sides wasted a move.
