Remember folks, best move against the Benoni is to just push (and then go c4). Only scary thing from there is the Benko, but you can accept it, just when they attack, remember, use your bishop to recapture, the queen check can be countered by blocking with the knight which defends the bishop. From there it’s a relatively equal position, if the Knight on f6 jumps to d4, defend your own knight and now you’re ready to castle. In fact I’d say that’s a pretty good move to make almost every time
I'm playing Old benoni (1. ...c5) as my main weapon against d4 and imma tell you that it's so easy to play these structures even if they play correctly. You can transpose to many variations, even Benko gambit. I'm happy that Igor mentioned it
Funny, I am d4 Player and love to play Benoni (2. d5 never Take dxc5) If White does not blunder, they will be Always faster with the plan. Ths is why you rarely See it over 2000 FIDE Elo. It has Natural disadventages, but that doesnt mind in the Levels below. To compare I have a 60% Winrate 25%remirate (lichess Elo 1900).
@@MillerTimeLP Well that's funny because I have 60% winrate with black and the more absurd a move gets the more is a chance for me to loose. In classical I'm almost always winning with it. After dxc5 I feel like an easy development and a nice center is enough to secure a draw and go for an attack
@@jopekpl3986 After theory, taking with dxc5 is an inacuracy. with d5, there are a lots of options (modern Benoni, old benoni systems, czech benoni). But white will always have the space adventage. You are right, if you know what to do, its not a complete lost. Benoni is really theoretically, mostly the person wins, who can play these typ of strucutres better. But generelly speaking Benoni structures are in favor of white.
@@MillerTimeLP Well it is better for white but only if they are fully prepared for it. Unless you use an engine. Besides that, you can hope for black's mistake. It's like Alekhine but a little bit better
@@jopekpl3986 I wouldn't agree that Benoni is easier to play with black. If you spend time to learn 1. ... c5 you can play that opening, and maybe you get the suprise factor. Thats with every uncommon opening, but Benoni is not that rarely. I think there are better options. But surely there are respected Benoni mains, who win a lot, but there will be also player, who know 15 moves theory deep and even more.
It is kinda the reversed as in the real Queens gambit: 1. d4 d5 2. c4 dxc4 3. e3 b5 4. a4 c6 5. axb5 cxb5 6. Qf3. Notice that white has on 4...a6 has Qf3 instead of taking the pawn like in the short.
U can stop ur rook from getting captured by the queen Knight to c3 Queen takes knight then it's fork Then Bishop to d2 So queen protects the rook They also attack our queen This is how we can save our rook
@@Tiqtiqboom you would only win the knight because after you take it the bishop will slide next to the king to stop the check and the queen will now defend the rook
Wait can’t you save the room by sacrificing the bishop from c1 to a2 making queen take a2 knight d2 protecting rook with queen? Or am I stupid. It’s a bishop for saving your rook yeah you blunder your bishop but it’s not as bad as losing your rook
"you win with the sudden move queen f6...." and then knight blocks c3, you take knight c3 and then white has the option of blocking with the bishop or the queen. You should probably study English more of you are going to try to convey complex ideas in that language.
yeah, this trap is kinda ugly but u still opened up white's centre, got a horsy for nothing, ur hook 'a' file is opened... after u take the horse and they block the check with the bishop just move the queen, develop normally and u will have a better position...
This is the line I play against D4 and plenty of opponents take the bait, even when they push the pawn (best move) I find myself in a position I’m very comfortable with.

Who tf would play d4 if their that bad they gotta be 800 elo or something

If a d4 player takes that pawn n falls into this trap, they've got radiation poisoning n are gradually losing brain cells
@@Kelvin-w2w how is it a knight and bishop?
Your videos are the most straightforward and understandable on RUclips. Thank you for the good work
Hello sir GM. Please continue your video, ignore the negative comments. I am hugely helped by your video and opening and tips. Thx
I don't think it can actually work against High rated players 😢
Yea it only works if they don’t know 😮

Pawn to D5.
Bro hit him with the reverse queens gambit
thanks Sir
Great work on that knight Bishop versus lone king ending!

This looks like that queens gambit opening trap
Can they play Be3 against e6? Yes Qa5 but then Qd2 and I’m stuck on what black does.
He can move nc3 if queen takes cover with bishop..
Still losing
When..?
still trying to figure out what "defending the pawn semadrically" means
How do you defend against this?
d4. c5. d5 is the main line and better than taking
Nice video
No bro he will just protect with the bishop and when you take it he will remove the knight this way you can't take the rook but the bishop
This is the same trap that can be played with white also

I gave up and uninstalled chess after reviewing my games and finding my opponents were often hitting 99%+ accuracy. Best of luck to the rest of you.
U just live the knight to block rook queen takes with check u block with bishop and down a knight the game is still winnable
Naah .. you can just block with the knight . And if queen takes the knight then block the check from bishop.
Saves the rook and win a tempo on queen🎉🎉
Bro that's my opening trap
Another trap that only works if you play on both sides...
Even my Uncle knows this
When the McDonald's workers have enouth:
"you win with the sudden move queen f6...."
and then knight blocks c3, you take knight c3 and then white has the option of blocking with the bishop or the queen. You should probably study English more of you are going to try to convey complex ideas in that language.
isn't this just the queens gambit
So dxc5 not a good move as rest is forced😊.
Anyone else watch this then go to try it out but ended up playing white first 😂
Plays Be3
axb4
@@seco10 The opponent won't have to play b4 if he plays Be3
If Be3 on move 3 then you can play Na6 and win back the pawn easily
I don't care about chess this much 😅
He can move the Knight then after check cover with the bishop and only loses a knight
Losing a Knight is still losing
