Hey 👋 GI Joe Eddie here I really appreciate and enjoy your videos I love what you have done keep up the great work 👍👍 I appreciate you and your videos keep them coming I will be waiting for more God bless you and your family GI Joe Eddie over and out
Nice video my friend! Great repair work and nice custom pontoon set! Always great to see other genuine Joe collectors in action! 😍👍👍👍I will do a video for the boxed Capture Copter set later. Cheers! 🤓🥳🤩
I paused this video to find my orginal AT Helicopter, and it is blue, and the same configuration as the instrument panel on the left. Maybe Hasbro changed the sticker at some point in production. I agree with you; if the MSV has the most play value, the helicopter represents the best value for money. I lost my first one, and found one in a store, around 1977, and bought it. I am thinking of two upgrades: a electric motor to spin the rotor, and benches on the skids, much like a Little Bird.
That is very interesting about the stickers, maybe they did change it. I too have the though of adding an electric motor to the copter, that would be an awesome upgrade.
Show! I liked the orange contrast. You know I have a custom project, for a floating landing gear, I ended up not continuing it. These 3d pieces are in a good looking finish. My question is, does the helicopter really float? Or is it just aesthetic?
That was left over parts of a broken copter I painted orange as a custom, need more parts to complete but its a work in progress, may show up on the channel once I get more parts.
@@TheSkullReviews Thanks. I just got the pontoons kit and realized it would have to be modified. but... that's why we do this. ha ha. One other question. I'm making a capture copter windshield out of a clear one, can I trouble you for the measurements?

Thank you, the helicopter does not float, just for looks.
Thanks for the video. Can you tell us (or show maybe) more about that red chopper in the background? Intriguing, is it a repro or custom?

nice. do have a video, on attaching the capture device?
Thanks, sorry no on that, the one I have is broken which is why I bought this setup.

@@karltonalston1086 Its the exact same size, the clear glass an the armored windshields are identical in size.
@@TheSkullReviews yeah, I know. but I need to cut out the slots that's in it. I know it's tedious, but I like to get to as close to original as I can.
Does it float with pontoons?
I'm fairly certain it won't float based on the weight and design of those pontoons not being waterproof. It does look cool though.
