This this. You really made a gorgeous desert and I'm intrigued to make it. I made macarons a few months ago for the first time and was shocked how easy they are and delicious. I also have the Meringue Girls cookbook and make their peer, chocolate meringue extravaganca - I can't remember what ti was called - it was so good. -epic good

i have done some studies at a pastry school but i learnt much more studying food science at university :)
