The first time I heard this song was 4 years ago yesterday in a psychiatric hospital on a 5152 hold,
from some inpatient requesting it be played during group.
I fell in love with it in that moment, and every time I hear it, it brings back so many emotions, along with the memory of that lady’s contagious happiness as she sang along to it, despite the immediate circumstances.
