    That judgement in the end is too risky and would be impossible to do no damage if he was randomly slower to approach.

      When I made this video the only plan I had for phase 3 was to KILL him ASAP. I was really hoping judgement would end the fight but it didn't. Rewatching this shows just how lucky I got since I somehow avoid 2 of his charging uppercut attacks which seem to make his entire body active with damage

      He probably wanted to do it as a finisher and realised afterwards that Urizen has too much hp

    I'm replaying through 3 rn and finally sitting down and learning how to string together combos instead of just button mash. I love these videos and i really hope i can get this good one day. So freaking cool man

    Seeing you dance around Urizen 3 makes this boss fight look like a joke 💀
    But I know damn well I take way longer to kill him or even die in the process to his "Lazer beams".

      Phase 1 and 2 is pretty fun to try and no dmg in this fight but I could not figure out for the life of me how to avoid dmg in phase 3. So I opted to use Red Hot Night into all of the hard hitting SDT moves and pray it kills him, sadly it didn't really so I just kept running and going back in with the Redline ability until he died

      @@LetJet Erm in phase 3 one of the harder parts is dodging the stalagmites. But i think they don't actually raise up from points where the floor has not been covered by blood/red tree bits/whatever the hell that red shit on the floor is. So if you're standing on an area like that, the spikes shouldn't come up there. There are some minor discrepancies but it seems to work. Or you can be super high in the air with well timed DT double air hikes. then he follows up with a chaser melee attack which you have to time to dodge and another mele attack to time to negate. then he uses stage one melee attacks mainly in-between that with some slight variations like an axe kick or a low sweep, or a charged attack with his fist. Then he'll set up lasers again and go for the spiked attack after setting up lasers and doing some melee attacks. But you still did great. And you're really building the meme of judgement cut not-end now XD

      @@thatyellowfellow 10/10 comment, thinking back my main issue during phase 3 was I wanted to stick to his head at all times. Which was a problem for a few reasons since it wasn't high enough to dodge the red spikes, his melee charge could slap me quick, and he has some weird hitboxes to JC off of so it was easy to drop. I noticed that a lot throughout this fight that he has a lot of set combos, the easiest for me to notice was the start of phase 2 was always a slow orb into his blades, ground stuff, blades, ground stuff, blades, blades which was great for building DT. Thanks always appreciate the support! I kept telling myself while trying to beat it I don't care how it ends, the fight just NEEDS to end because that damage resistance is nuts

    • @thatyellowfellow
      @thatyellowfellow 2 года назад

      @@LetJet Yeah it's deceiving. If you're at his head height, the spikes will still reach you, you have to be super high; almost to the point where it's not worth it to try and avoid them by air because his chaser attack is almost unavoidable if you've wasted a lot of jumps. The second and first phase i find kind of easy because in the second phase, he only seems to have one melee attack, which is the one he uses if you get real close behind him and he swings around either low or high with his fist, so i feel like there's almost nothing to really worry about on his second phase. It's just he'll use a fireball after the horizontal line of ground explosions so if you forget, you're eating that to the face XD. Not only is his damage resistance high after his DT, he slowly regenerates, so if you're spending all your time dodging his attacks, the bastard is ending up with more health than the last time you hit him XD

    Perfect combos well lit and with extreme precision.... DMD mode urizen is oru tough... Judgment missed to kill him since the enemy's has reduced damage on DMD mode.. well done bro

    • @LetJet
      @LetJet  2 года назад +1

      Thank you! I went into this thinking it would be easy becuase his bloody palace version wasn't too bad. Boy was I wrong, feels like he has double the health compared to the bloody palace. That third phase is terrifying when you want to avoid damage since above him in the air is pretty much the only safe place.

    I'm surprised of those royal blocks, i really don't know how you do that, but it looks amazing, when urizen use that attack i like to do Royal Release, nice video and fight. You really dominate the game don't you?

    • @LetJet
      @LetJet  2 года назад +2

      Yeah it's all about timing the first block then you can really just spam for the rest of the time and get tons of DT. Thanks!

    Yeah getting the fight over as quickly as you can is the strat for phase 3 before he does his AOE move. My knees buckled when I saw him try to get in that uppercut.

    • @LetJet
      @LetJet  2 года назад

      That's exactly what my plan was, it just doesn't feel safe in phase 3 to be anywhere near him. I went into full panick once he lived through all my SDT spamming, that's why I was just running, using Redline, and then jump canceling away lol

  • @ericwang565
    @ericwang565 2 года назад +1

    Urizen is a health sink like most late mission DMD bosses for the default three characters. I would recommend setting up stuns with SDT in his third phase whenever he is setting up his lasers. It'll buy time for you to take him down with less risk.

      @@LetJet holy… I play this game for long and it still has something, that surprises me…
      By the way. I noticed, that you don’t use royal guard. At least I haven’t saw it.

    • @LetJet
      @LetJet  2 года назад +2

      @@Zerror yeah I'm pretty sure literally everything can be parried in this game but I could be wrong.
      Royalgaurd is kind of a weird one since I want to keep moving to avoid awkward spots that can lead to damage. So in the Urizen fights and Goliath I only use it to parry the knockback for free DT since they Relentlessly attack the same spot, but for fights like Vergil and Artemis they often run away making it safer to Royalguard an attack without getting stuck in one place

    • @Zerror
      @Zerror 2 года назад +1

      @@LetJet yeah… I can understand you.
      My previous fighting style wasn’t having an active royal guard using. Just sometimes. But after I found out how STRONG it is, I began to learn the timings of bosses.
      But, how I understand, you like to move actively and make damage through it, don’t you?

    • @LetJet
      @LetJet  2 года назад

      @@Zerror right Royalgaurd is extremely strong, in my Dante vs Vergil but dmc3 rules video the royal release does half the healthbar at once!
      Exactly correct too, when I've been doing these no damage videos the most consistent thing is that you are safer if you're moving. Attempting to block an attack can go wrong in many ways like missing or a follow up attack that comes quickly, but I appreciate the feedback! I'll try and weave more royalguards in for ya

    • @LetJet
      @LetJet  2 года назад +4

      Devil trigger gives hyper armor (think that's what it's called) to some extent, so most things won't give knockback.
