The album has either been on my shelf, in my car, on my phone, etc. No other album from anyone has been this way for me. I'm in my 40's now and I still play the songs on my acoustic that sits near my desk in my office. I still have my CD, signed by Mustaine and Friedman.

Very solid list! It's hard to narrow down metal to 25 top albums because there's so much good stuff. Your list gave me a couple of leads to try new bands, I wasn't familiar with Artillery or Loudness before. Just discovered your channel and apart from the excelent content it was really interesting to see how you listen from everything from black to glam metal. Awesome content, keep it up!

Dokken for some reason never got the recognition they truly deserved especially back in the 80’s. They should have been much bigger. Great live band and was able to see them live in 86 opening for Loverboy and then in 88 during the Monsters of Rock Tour.
great list bro! glad to see immortal up there! Personally, Id have their album At The Heart of Winter instead. I used to listen to Artillery's By Inheritance album non-stop back in the day as I loved the music and its one of my favorite album covers! I haven't listened to that band in years and you just reminded me to check them out again so thanks! Also, I KNEW you would have Ratt's Out of the Cellar up there too! I just had this premonintion itd be on the list. That album is perfect for getting shit done at the office or at the gym I love that album.
Love how you stick to your guns bro! I know a ton of people are gonna be complaining about no Metallica but I think it's cool to see people actually have different opinions for once!!
Nice. Heaven and Hell might be my fav album of all time. And really like Loudness, saw them open for Crue on that tour. On through the night by Leppard is a great debut.
How can Ratt be so far ahead of Screaming for Vengance or Maiden ? Just curious. Round & Round is a radio pop song that’s sooo repetitive in the chorus. Lay it down is good but same point.
Bc Ratt rules and it’s my list? Just bc Round and Round is popular doesn’t mean it’s bad or uncool to like. Still a great song and one of the best guitar solos ever.
Great list. Most of those are on my list but I'm 50 years old. Awesome to see young people still into the classic shit. I remember when most of those came out! Arise by Sepultura and Justice by Metallica were surprisingly missing!!!Thanks for the content!!
Quite a good list. Some bands with albums ”missing”: Mercyful fate - Don’t break the oath Candlemass - Epicus Doomicus Metalicus Fates Warning - A pleasent shade of gray Edge of sanity - spectral sorrows My Dying Bride - the angel and the dark river Dream Theather - images and words Seventh Wonder - Tiara Paradise Lost - gothic Psycothic Waltz - the god-shaped void Tiamat -Clouds Yngwie malmsteen - marching out Regarding band on the list, King Diamond was ”correct” album, I would go for some later Savatage. Dead winter dead perhaps. Magnum - Magnum II Dissection - Beyond the horizon A good more soft album: Glory - 2 forgive is 2 forget
Respectable list from a young metal head. I realize these lists are hard to put together and you will never please everyone, and this is your list. Some thoughts. First, the good. Love that you gave props to Dokken, Ratt, Savatage and Queensryche! Those albums are all in my list as well. Have to throw a little criticism your way for picks like: Artillery, Loudness, Annihilator and Skull Fist? Never even heard of them, but I will have to check them out. If it's the top 25 of all time, I think the first Sabbath album has to be in there somewhere, even if it's 25. Outside of that must-have, some top bands I think need a spot are Metallica, Kreator (instead of Annihilator), Testament and Sepultura. Anyway, I know you can't please em all. On to see who Skull Fist is.
1. Painkiller 2. Rainbow Rising 3. The number of the beast 4. Walls of Jericho 5. Ride the lightning 6. Mental vortex 7. Cowboys from hell 8. Rust in peace 9. Paranoid 10. Arise

@@brycetalksmetal right on! I'm glad because all of that deserves to be heard. I had PSBWB & SFSGSW on cassette b4 changing to CD, I bet they got thrown away. I was kinda pissed back then b/c I babied all that stuff & tapes jus didn't hold up good regardless. Anyway, great collection & great vid🍻

Good choice on the death symbolic, that album isn’t a masterpiece, it’s their magnum opus, perfect in every way, not a wasted moment in that album and so much emotion in it

I had to limit myself to only 3 bands from an artist/band. Otherwise the entire list would be Bruce Dickinson and Iron Maiden. I'm a 30+ year fan of metal and that's who I've always stuck with. My list would be something like this... and I included Alter Bridge because I think Myles Kennedy is the 2nd best singer/performer in hard rock/metal. I miss Anthrax - Spreading Disease, Sanctuary - Refugee Denied and Megadeth - Killing is my Business .... and business is good in your list. I do not understand your fascination for Rust in Peace. The tune Tornado of Souls is nice, but as an album?
Nice list of albums😊 My favorite bands are Ratt . Tesla, Stryper and if you like it heavy Megadeth weighs a ton! God bless you buddy and savior JESUS keep you safe always!
I could see in Madrid, on the painkiller tour 3 of those three bands presenting those three great albums....Judas Priest+@nnhilator+Pantera....and remember the us tour...Judas Priest+ Megadeth+Testament...greats 1990!!

Just not quite top 25 for me... and cool
because metallica is fucking boring
@@ocpofficialrep7026 no
@@Maxim777-m7v yes, they are dreadfully boring. but music is subjective
So glad you included Savatage's HOTMK. My personal #1. Some of my other favs that you didn't mention that are worth a listen:
Headless Cross - Black Sabbath
The Deluge - Manilla Road
The Ultra-Violence - Death Angel
The New Order - Testement
Manilla road is amazing, I've got their patch
Just discovered your channel and apart from the excelent content it was really interesting to see how you listen from everything from black to glam metal. Awesome content, keep it up!

Great list!
I did not expect to see Dokken pop up, but I'm really glad they did. I love Under Lock and Key too.
Dokken for some reason never got the recognition they truly deserved especially back in the 80’s. They should have been much bigger. Great live band and was able to see them live in 86 opening for Loverboy and then in 88 during the Monsters of Rock Tour.
Great list Bryce!
great list bro! glad to see immortal up there!
The production on painkillers insane somebody knew exactly what they were doing
I’ve clicked the video already knowing what the top one would be haha damn!! this album is amazing!!!
AWESOME ALBUM LIST !!!
Good list man 🤘🤘🤘
What songs did you use for this video? I've heard the second one before but can't place it now.
Great list. Most of those are on my list but I'm 50 years old. Awesome to see young people still into the classic shit. I remember when most of those came out! Arise by Sepultura and Justice by Metallica were surprisingly missing!!!Thanks for the content!!
Bryce, come back in 30 years and give us your updated list then.
Quite a good list.
Some bands with albums ”missing”:
Mercyful fate - Don’t break the oath
Candlemass - Epicus Doomicus Metalicus
Fates Warning - A pleasent shade of gray
Edge of sanity - spectral sorrows
My Dying Bride - the angel and the dark river
Dream Theather - images and words
Seventh Wonder - Tiara
Paradise Lost - gothic
Psycothic Waltz - the god-shaped void
Tiamat -Clouds
Yngwie malmsteen - marching out
Regarding band on the list, King Diamond was ”correct” album, I would go for some later Savatage. Dead winter dead perhaps.
Magnum - Magnum II
Dissection - Beyond the horizon
A good more soft album: Glory - 2 forgive is 2 forget
Nice list dude! 🤟🏻
Thanks! 👍🏻
great list! mine probably looks pretty similar.....I would have swapped "cowboys from hell" for "power metal" ;)
My top 5: 5. Opeth blackwater park 4. Overkill years of decay 3. Death sound of preseverence 2. Alice in chains dirt 1. Megadeth Rust in peace
Good list Bryce
1. Painkiller
2. Rainbow Rising
3. The number of the beast
4. Walls of Jericho

Do you spin vinyl or just collect?? You've got some really great stuff, man
I spin em as well… also play the CDs and tapes too
@@brycetalksmetal right on!

Great stuff. For me l would have definitely had Hail to England,Beneath the Remains, Keeper of the Seven Keys and Pleasure to Kill in there somewhere.
Props to Dio, who isn't on my list, but who I admire greatly.
1. Bruce Dickinson - Chemical Wedding
2. Bruce Dickinson - Accident of Birth
3. Bruce Dickinson - Tyranny of Souls

Saxon, innocence is no excuse
Helloween, Keeper of the 7 keys part II
Metallica, Master of puppets
Accept, Metal Heart
Anthrax, Among the living
I miss Anthrax - Spreading Disease, Sanctuary - Refugee Denied and Megadeth - Killing is my Business .... and business is good in your list. I do not understand your fascination for Rust in Peace. The tune Tornado of Souls is nice, but as an album?
I’m kinda surprised that piece of mind wasn’t on here because I remember you said it was number one of the year and better than holy diver
Nice list of albums😊 My favorite bands are Ratt . Tesla, Stryper and if you like it heavy Megadeth weighs a ton! God bless you buddy and savior JESUS keep you safe always!
most of them are also on my list, i have also Symphonic Metal albums on it tho' ✌️😎👍
I could see in Madrid, on the painkiller tour 3 of those three bands presenting those three great albums....Judas Priest+@nnhilator+Pantera....and remember the us tour...Judas Priest+ Megadeth+Testament...greats 1990!!
Good list. I would have fit in Hemispheres by Rush and Vulgar Display by Pantera.
What is this ? No metallica? Can't take this channel seriously!
