- I made a pretty dope beat on a live stream the other day and had to revisit it the next morning in a different style.
I know it's sort of a cop out in this case since I could've made the second beat more different from the first one one another but still... I learned something from this!

Both are amazing. I did like the first one better before changing octaves on the piano hit. Then again I like that evil kind of sound alot.
Bro both are solid I love the slow low flo of the first one the ambiance is something special and I like the pop bom bap of the 2 I think the second most will like but I think the first one is my favorite both are fantastic tracts

2nd beat was WAAAAY better for me. It sounds almost like a total different sample too.
2nd beat for sure. With a good sample you can make tons of different beats and create various vibes.
The first one is a departure from the style I usually hear you make. As you said, it’s the vibe for a movie. The second is more the style I hear from you whenever I tune it. Both are great, but I’ll go for the 1st one.

Def prefer the second though I think it's about 5 bpm too fast maybe. Feels a touch rushed. But I still prefer it's potential over the first one.

do you mind me asking how you get your mpc audio out into your videos the way that it comes though?
I have a few different ways of doing that. Half of this video is a captured livestream where all audio hours through my audio interface and gets recorded by the streaming software.
The outside half here is recorded straight into the camera from the headphone output on the MPC.

also, I dig the second a lot better. I think the first sounds like other songs you have a little too close, and the second sounds like a whole new song. Both fire either way
