Ok sir
You are very much good
Sir I have one small doubt that is I have noticed in the case of objective complement let first take me example like We gifted Ram a pen so here is Ram is object and a pen is complement but when we ask question like what we give Ram so the answer is A pen so as you told that when we ask what so the answer is Direct object so how it's complement
1 sita sings= Sita (subject) sings (verb)
2 i ate a mango= I (sub) ate (verbs 2nd form) a mango (object)
3. you are a student =you (sub) a student ( Subjective complement )
4. You made him emotional = you ( sub) him( obj) emotional ( object complement)
5. He gifted her a Saree on her anniversary = He( sub) gifted (verb) her ( indirect object ) a Saree ( direct object ) on her birthday (adjunct)
Hope i did well...
Please reply when ever you feel free

Excellent sir. But a small doubt sir. In the sentence ' she runs fast' fast is an adverb. Then how can it be a complement sir. Complement must be a noun, pronoun or an adjective. Could you please clarify the doubt sir?
Yes, it is true that in most of the cases a complement can be a noun, pronoun or adjective. But "a complement can never be an adverb" this statement is not true.
An adverb can also be a complement.
It is called adverbial complement .
Follow the sentence . He is very happy . And your sentence . She runs fast .
Happy and fast both are adjective . But these two use as subject complement .
It's a verb complement that complete the sense of the verb
1-sub sita, verb sings
2-sub I, verb ate , object mango
Thanks, for your kind explanations we understand easily.
👌👏👏👏👍
You're most welcome dear learner.

Sir, the word that gives more information about the subject means noun or pronoun we call them adjectives .is it right to say that subject or object complements are forms of adjectives.
No, a subject complement can be a noun, a pronoun or an adjective and an object complement can also be a noun, a pronoun or an adjective.
Ex. - ● Tomy is a dog. (Here, sub. comp. dog is a noun.)
● Tomy is brown. (Here, sub. comp. brown is an adjective.)
● Ram named Shyam the new manager. (Here, obj. comp. new manager is a noun.)
● They chose the candidate who was best. (Here, obj. comp. who was best is a relative pronoun phrase.)
● We consider him worthy. (Here, obj. comp. worthy is an adjective.)

1) A prepositional phrase can never be an indirect object.
2) Complements are of two types ;a) Subject Complement and b) Verb Complement
a) Subject complement can be further divided into two types ;i) Predicate adjective (or adjective) and ii) Predicate nominative ( noun)
b) Verb complement also can be further divided into two types ;i) Direct object and ii) Indirect object
