Nice vibrant city, will be visiting Kuching next month ❤ already booked flights… Im excited.
The last time I went to Kuching was 12 years ago on December 2012 right around the time Plaza Merdeka was first opened I remembered it was a great experience and a fond memory.
    See you soon Kuching ❤️

Excellent video! We were told we could not walk in from of the State Legislative building and flag - we wanted to visit the Margarita Fort museum. We are returning to Kuching in December to pick up our long stay social pass (Sarawak Malaysia My Second Home). We are retiring to Malaysia. Thank you.

I remember our last visit - within 30 minutes we were warmly welcomed by two separate Kuching residents on the Riverfront as we walked from our hotel. We knew we had found our future home.

    Yup, walkable in 1 day.
    I mean the CBD.
The tricky bits are the suburban malls and eateries.

Well that tricked me for a while. Your zoom in on the map thing landed at the Harbour View Hotel about a kilometer from where your walk started. Great video though even though it wasn't one continuous walk. Shame that all the food outlets on the river foreshore were closed down by the local government for redevelopment. I guess nothing will be redeveloped for YEARS.
