Only Sarawak in Malaysia follow Scandinavian style to manage the state. Today Sarawak is becoming the Renewal Energy hub in Malaysia. Welcome to Sarawak and enjoy your stay in Sarawak...
I’m planning a visit to Sarawak soon for a research presentation on renewable energy and sustainable technologies. I’ll need a reliable internet connection for work while I’m there, and I was wondering if anyone who lives in Sarawak or has visited before could offer some advice. Any recommendations for good internet providers or places with solid Wi-Fi would be really helpful. Thanks in advance for your advice!
@@liregine7806 which part of Sarawak will you frequent to? If it were me, based on my own experience as a local Kuchingnite, Celcom is your safest bet.
Other Malaysian who visit Sarawak need to apply visa and if they want to work in Sarawak they need to apply for work permit..Sarawak was under the british colony..When we gain independence from the british, the british want Sarawak to unite with all its former British colony country because the british doesn't want Sarawak to fall into communist state ..Sarawak agree to unite with 3 other former British colony country that is (1) malaya, (2) Singapore, (3) Sabah with conditions that Sarawak is an autonomous Country and we have our own taxes, rules and law ..So on 16th September 1963, the independent Malaya united with the then British crown colonies of Sabah (North Borneo), Sarawak, and Singapore came together to form a new country which they called MALAYSIA but In August 1965, Singapore was expelled from the federation and became a separate, independent country..now Malaysia is left with only 3 country as equal partners ▪︎MALAYSIA: 1.Malaya (has 11 States ) 2. Sabah 3. Sarawak
If you are still in Kuching, don't forget to try indigenous food. Try Busang Jelini Long Busang at Abell Road, Jak Ma'an at Ewe Hai Street or further in at Awah Cafe at Jalan Kumpang, Taman Ridgeway. 1:35 The immigration differences is due to the Malaysia Agreement 1963 when Sabah, Sarawak and the federation on Malaya (the peninsula part of Malaysia) and Singapore (left in 1965) formed Malaysia.
