How to face a napili with ragnar is it posible esoecialy now with the secondaries new skill?

You must stay away from Napoli 11km range. Napoli's secondaries more efective now.
You can hit him from back because his weak point is there. Secondaries cant atack full capacity and armor weaker then noise.
