I am living for his compassion when she started crying and he was so encouraging and loving saying “it’s ok- that’s why I love you. It’s ok. We’re gonna figure it out.” So supportive and kind way of reacting each time he saw her start to beat at herself.

What matters more is that you have a connection and enjoy the person. And by the way he talks to her he clearly loves and respects her. Also can you not wrap your head around the idea that some guys either don’t care or are attracted to women who are bigger. Being shallow will only lead to being forever alone. The daughter named Sienna(I think) is so good with choosing her words to express her feelings. Such a great tool for kids to have for so many reasons. I think she sees her mom have emotional moments that she talks through & that has given her daughter the means to express herself with words, but maybe not all the emotions flooding her as well because her words are sufficient. IDK, I was simply impressed with her articulate response.

African ridge backs are the most beautiful powerful dogs. My friend had one, A large male. When he would take him for a walk the dog would hold onto a little leather tab that was attached to his collar. My friend told me the dog was walking himself, that was his best joke. He and the dog were so in sync and they never even had to speak. I was in total awe. I never felt the dog was dangerous in any way the dog was very calm and alert just like his owner. I've never seen anything like it before and it really impressed upon me how a dog and a person could be together. My current neighbor has two Dobermans that go crazy with barking and jumping the gate every time I walk by. Even with my neighbor walking is two Dobermans they go crazy when they see me or anyone really on their walks and they start barking and pulling at the leash and the owner hast to hold on for dear life. Those dogs are never calm. Now that I think back on it… Yes, my friend was a very confident person And when it came to his dog they were very sure of each other. I love Cesar and his show.

I used to have that level of anxiety that Amanda has in this video.
I therefore have compassion for her about that.
-becoming the owner of a rescued dog I had to learn by trial and error and watching Caesars videos how I needed to get my anxiety under control. I actually feel like God's and this dog to me to teach me things and controlling my anxiety and also some residual anger , when I recognized how it made my dog concerned, I actually changed my attitude for him which benefitted us both.

Very well put. I have anxiety problems too. I had to learn to control that fear and anxiety when I went out for walks in the small town I grew up in. People were always letting their out of control dogs loose, and they were often very aggressive. I learned that if I remained completely calm, they didn't attack me. I would calmly tell them "no" and they would leave... learning that valuable lesson has helped me with my own dog. Dogs respond to strong emotions, and nothing is stronger than fear and anxiety. I'm 5nothing and don't weigh much, but I have the power in me to control my dog who could easily overpower me physically. It's all through calm confidence.

I'm so glad to see this couple put in the effort unlike the many selfish people who adopted for the pandemic only to dump them when it was time to get back to "normal". So many that our shelters are STILL full and have been since at least summer of 2022. And this includes killing perfectly healthy and friendly cats and dogs.

I always trusted my mom to stand up for right, stand up for herself, stand up for me and even stand up to me if I needed it. She rarely raised her voice. I want to be that kind of dog mom -- trustworthy.

People had no business getting pets during the pandemic. If you don’t have time, training, and consistency to care for a pet, don’t get one. These people remind of those idiots who buy a rabbit for Easter and then the rabbit suffers the rest of its life locked in a wire cage. Shame on these horrible pet “parents.”

I have always a had a dog since childhood and I taught and trained my dogs. Self confidence is important.
I enjoy training my dogs. First find someone who is competent. Then continue training.

WOW what a supportive husband. Impressed with husband.
Ceasar will do well with Simba.
The mother is very loving and compassionate. What a lady !!! Able to express her emotions. Sweet lady. Someone destroyed her confidence in herself.
Hope the best for all of them.
