Thank you all for all you do to make some of these beautiful animals healthy and to have a fresh start in life. Sad to see these poor horses in such bad condition, How can anyone say they love horses and watch these poor horses be so thin and why didn't he get them some hay, oats there was no grass what is wrong with people
Be prepared for depression (slice of reality). But also feel happy and appreciative for those that HELP! Be one of those THAT HELP, NOT hurt!!
He loves his horses but watches them starve and doesn't get them vet care when they are sick. They are living animals, not toys.
I am disgusted by the completely unjust sentence given to the owner who basically was given a slap on the wrist for nearly killing those poor horses!!! He said they were his love and passion but then systematically starved them and let them rot away with fungal infection and decimated gums from eating dirt!!! He’s still sprouting on about his love and connection and his dream!!! He NEEDS TO BE IN JAIL!!!!❤❤❤🙌🏻

That horse owner was DELUSIONAL !! I'm no horse expert but even l could see they were dead on their feet..poor Muffy paid with her life..if you are in a drought FEED THEM HAY..ALFALFA AND GRAIN..if you can't afford to do that then surrender them..BLOODY EASY DECISION.. so pleased Pixie and Gizmo have been homed together..they landed on their paws 🐾🐾with their lovely new owner..as usual great video but as usual the cruel bugger who starved those horses got off lightly..until there are proper jail sentences all over the world for animal cruelty this will continue to happen..custodial sentences and LIFE BANS F4OM KEEPING ANY ANIMAL.. the sentences do NOT fit the crimes. 🇬🇧🙏✝️💕👍👏🐎🐎🐎🐕🐕🐾🐾RIP MUFFY
l watched a kunekune feed only on bakery food l watched them for a few weeks and told the owner it was unacceptable so called SPCA they ended in lovely home who l visited for years. Pigs are such gorgeous animals they deserve better.
The man who owned the horses knew they were in bad condition and didn't care. Pretending he thought they were ok. I'm happy they were taken from him.
It's ridiculous he only was banned for 5years. It should be life...

I get furius when an owner acts confused about the condition of their animals when its obvious its taken some kind for them to get that way.

I wish places with small dogs would use halters and not collars. Mine had a collar on and it contributed to her CT. big problems now.
That owner of the horses saying they were his passion was total bs... he just wanted to make money off them! Thoroughbreds need hard feed and rugging as well as hay (in those conditions) to keep their condition on, especially racehorses. Hay just isn't enough for working horses, and saying that one came off the track a month earlier was another bloody lie. He really should have received jail time considering 1 mare had to be put down, and another was in foal plus it would have cost the SPCA a great deal more than $850 to bring all those poor horses back to health. Shame on him, and he had the nerve to give an interview to the show to spiel his (sob story) but hide his face. Unbelievable. Glad that they all received the wonderful care given and that they looked so good afterwards, especially the mare with her foal.

@elainetickner7029 to become rich! If say he entered a horse in the Melbourne cup, he'll get part of $8,000,000... that's a lot of money. But of course, a horse just can't race off pasture and hay 🙄

bullshit about Muffy. I ran a horse rescue for decades and brought back horses in much worse condition than she was in.
