1. First you need to hard reset the phone
2. connect usb cable and open emergency dialer and dial *#0*# to open TEST MODE menu
3. Open SamFw tool then click on TEST MODE Menu and select frp remove , we need this step to enable USB Debug on our phone.
4. disconnect usb cable after USB Debug enable
5. Ope Samsung Galaxy A127F U1 or U2 to bypass KG Lock .
6. after phone Restarted, open setting and enable assistive mode then connect to wifi or isert SIM with DATA, then sign in google account and samsung account with pin or password, finally restart phone.
7. need to connect phone to internet every time phone restart to activate the phone

Find a way to disconnect the battery and reconnect it, then boot into recovery mode from off state. Retry if fails until you successfully boot into recovery, then you can wipe the device. But if you can enter recovery but you can't reset the device instead it just restart, then you need a tool that can reset the device from EDL mode or any mode which the device support from off state which depends on its CPU.
