You would have to root the phone and install an os that is not samsung or change the serial/IMEI or unblacklist (stolen or unpaid) your phone from the original carrier network, kg removal is easy there are plenty of methods and tools to do it. On newer phones you get blocked by carriers/samsung servers which rewrites kg to locked state as soon as you connect to a carrier network or the internet. I have an unusable s23 ultra that I bought from the owner that did not mention it was on a credit plan and he stopped paying.
