I honestly adore this foundation - try applying less and not packing it on your face, that’s key in my opinion. I apply mine using westman atelier foundation brush but not all over the face, just in areas where I have pigmentation and I dab it on with my fingers to help it melt into my skin. That’s great advice! Thank you ❤️ I’m absolutely gonna try that, just need to get a lighter shade or use some self tan because the shade I got doesn’t match me well enough to only put on some parts of the face. I will try everything before I give up on it because I really want to like it 😅
@@BelindaBele you’re welcome! I feel like Atelier 0.5 would be a great match for you… it’s hard to find one’s perfect match. Less is more when it comes to this foundation actually, it’s definitely not for people with major skin issues, which I don’t think you have judging by what I saw in this video, so I’d say give it a go and hopefully it will eventually work out for you😉🤞🏽 I’d love to see it finally working for you in another video! I use vital skin nearly every day. I do not have perfect skin. I use well prepped skin with serum and moisturizer so it goes on and melts into my skin more. I spray a few mists of setting spray..(sometimes I add a little powder) and that leaves it so nice. Thanks for your honesty!
Thank you for the tip! I will definitely try that! I did like it better when I've used it on a "good skin day". My skin was quite dry in this video because of the cold weather, so I think in spring and summer this will work better for me.
The Merit foundation is more expensive per gram the WA is only $7 a gram Tom Ford actually come out to $5 a gram even though it’s $88 but you get 15 grams. Also i remember another RUclipsr who said when their having a bad skin day they prefer the TomFord foundation stick because something in it soothes their skin hmmm maybe you should try that one. Might help your skin 🫶

I wasn’t aware of any controversy about the brand 😰 Please do share, because I don’t want to support a shady brand 🩷

Kackie reviews beauty uses shade 0 you might want to check out how she uses hers. Also the prep of your skin makes a huge difference.
