So, they recommend a f2000s water filter (cartridge) to go with the digital hot dispenser shown in this video. Do you need that filter if you are installing an RO unit under the same sink?
How did yours fail? Mine has been unplugged for a couple of weeks (was working fine), now when I plug it back it in instantly trips the RCD. Reading round this sounds like it could have failed but not sure what could have caused it.

Quick question. Why would my AIR line pop out off the fitting? And is it supposed to have water coming out? How can I fix? Thanks
I have this problem too.. I’ve just fitted the replacement tank today and the vent is spewing water!! I need help!

@@hainesy_uk Is it the NeoTank that failed after 2 years or old tank (grey one with knob)?
Well, it's that very first clip that I wanted to see how to remove, but the big hand was in the way. LOL...
@DragonPilot ..... Me too 🙄 Did you ever find out how? I can't get it off the old tank and scared to use force and damage it.
@DragonPilot .. ah! Just worked it out. You push the plastic clip closest to the tank in and then pull it off. 😊
