Love your videos I start my degree in September so nervous as I haven’t been in education for over 10 years! Thanks for all your advice hun it’s so useful ❤️
Aww thank you! Good luck for September - you’ll be amazing! It must be scary going back into education after a while out, but so many people on my course did the same and they seemed to get back into the swing of things fairly quickly, so I imagine you’d do the same 😊if you’re struggling the university usually offers lots of academic support so just let them know if they can help you in any way x
Girrrllll you are a life saver ❤️ thank you thank you thank you honestly, im so stressed but because i just want to start the course hahahaha, and the fact you give all of this information calms me so much and give me less anxiety 💖 Thank youu 💓
Aww I’m so glad you’ve found this so useful! If you have anymore questions you can always message me on my instagram😊good luck for your degree! You’ll love it! ❤️
Hiya! I'm so glad the videos help! It is a scary but exciting time, but as soon as you start the course all those nerves disappear and its just amazing! X
Dear Ellie as a midwife student, do we need to do 40 births in 3 years or just in the third year please ? and what else we need to do to qualify as a midwife ?
My schedule can vary so much so it's quite difficult to get an average. When it's theory blocks we are doing lectures/guided study 10:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. But placement could be any day and any shift patterns so it's difficult to pinpoint placement schedule, but it's roughly 37.5hrs a week x
If its a maths exam, then make sure you know how to calculate basic things such as fractions, percentages, times and dividing, ratios etc. With the english exams they are harder to prep for, but make sure you know the difference between verbs, adverbs, adjectives, nouns, pronouns etc. I'm sure you'll do great! Good luck hun xx
Hi I’m so sorry I’ve only just seen your comment! Our timetable will differ slightly with days we are there and it might be different with how much face to face and online lectures we have, but our timetable for theory weeks are Mon, Thu, Fri face to face 10-4pm, Tues online 10-4, Wed online 10-12:30 x
