- The Twenty One Pilots Livestream Experience was remastered for the big screen and fans in 70 different countries flooded cinemas on May 19th, 2022 for the Twenty One Pilots Cinema Experience. Since the performance is fresh in our minds again since we last saw it just under a year ago on May 21st, 2021, let's walk through the lore and talk theories.
There was a bunch of lore in the livestream and I had a lot of fun analyzing it and brainstorming theories.

Right when Tyler started yelling the part in shy away a ad popped up so he was like “Don’t you shy AW- *ad*” and I’m not sure why but if made me laugh pretty hard 💀
It’s so crazy how some people have no idea this is all going on when they hear a Twenty One Pilots song lol I was one of those people for a while - but wow!! This is deep, deep stuff. Mind blowing. Love your videos keep up the good work!

Also did you notice that for some songs that had lore (like morph and migraine) didn’t play the parts that talked about Dema or the bishops. Interesting. Very interesting.
What part of migraine talks about bishops or dema?

I saw the cinema experience when it hit theaters near me and my sister surprised me, inviting me to go with her to see it and I enjoyed it very much
im in Australia but the nearest one was 4 hours away 😥 I hope they put it on dvd! (great video) and pls make one on the cinema experience now!!
aw that sucks :( yes im hoping for a dvd too! 🤞thank you!! |-/ the only difference from the livestream was that they added trivia at the beginning and behind the scenes footage a few times throughout the concert so there wasn't any new lore. If there was I'd def make another vid though!

They have a livestream album only for streaming. Hopefully, they release the cinema experience on DVD/CD
i watched it with my family as a birthday party bc it was on my birthday my mom and my brother slept through it but my dad and i really enjoyed it ive gotten my dad to like top too and im super proud of that

I saw the cinema experience and yo.. the flashes of the bishops in the beginning with the trivia actually freaked me out lol. Ive been doing the research on them too and youve helped me a lot with getting the story straight, taking a step back and looking at the whole picture, its safe to say the strong parallels are manipulation, and mental illness, wouldnt you agree? Do you think theres parallels between real life pop industry and dema? I wish there was a way for all of us to help clancy/tyler.
Hey! Love the video! I was spending the whole show looking for new things or lore I missed. There's always been the theory (even in this video) that Holding Onto You was cut off. But, in my city's screening at least, Tyler's sings "Entertain my faith!!!" And then aggressively gets up from the piano and starts to walk away from it. Then, it cuts to Dan and Sally. Possibly suggesting that was always the end of that track and Holding Onto You was actually never cut off! It was really the only new thing I noticed so it really stuck out to me
Thank you!! And thanks for pointing that out bc I was confused when tyler got up and walked away from the piano during the cinema experience bc i remembered him getting cut off in the livestream. You're right, he did get cut off in the livestream which means they changed that part in the cinema experience. I think they did it bc they knew we would notice the difference...thanks for pointing that out 🤯 but why change it...
@@FearlessConcern Okay! So, I just came back from the encore screening 😂 But I did notice possible new things! One, in the muffled part as Choker is about to start, I think I heard Dan say, "you know what I just love, Trench!" And Sally replies, "Trench! Oh yes!" And then Choker starts. Which means that all the Trench stuff was planed by Dema to be in the show ???
I believe that the alarm before Never Take It wasn't planned by Dema to be apart of the show. If that's true then maybe I've never put two and two together that when Dan and Sally say, "we've come for you." That was like a 'this is your final warning' to Clancy and Josh.
Lastly, after the bridge in Never Take It, Josh puts his drumsticks behind his head almost like he has little Antlers (!) Behind his head!
Anyway, I'm so glad I went to go see it a second time 😅
I listened to that part again and I can definitely hear either "I love Trench" or "I love Trash" I think it may sound a little more like Trash but it's hard to tell and everything after that is impossible to understand I keep replaying it but can't decipher anything after that part. I agree, I don't think Dema knew someone was going to try to escape during the show. That means Josh gave a tribute to Ned, that's awesome! I could be wrong, but I thought I noticed that Josh had put up 3 fingers in the second or third song, and then later he put up two. I was curious about it but haven’t been able to think of anything.

Amazing video! I went to go watch it yesterday and I t was AMAZING. I wasn’t able to see the actual livestream because I was busy practically all of that week, so it’s nice to see the full thing and not just listening to the music lol. What did you think of it?

So in Saturday just like mulberry street the citizens are like paused or like bored and then they get pumped up, also there was a frame on the wall on top of josh in Saturday as he was playing the drums but it looked like Ned to me idk I could be wrong, and the room background in Level of concern makes me believe it’s in reference to redecorate
Also the stage for stressed out and the one in car radio is the same as in heathens which they didn’t use when he sang heathens bc of the ukelele version on the canoe
Oh and also I noticed lisden is wearing an outfit that literally looks like the boys outfits on the hype MV, but Sally instead has different clothes than when the show started
Weird thought just occurred to me, this reminds me of the "Bread & Circuses" of Rome- keeping the populous calm & entertained so they can maintain control?

I also thought that Tyler was Clancy in the sai era, but it's inconsistent with trench, as Clancy narrates the events of the jumpsuit mv from a 3rd person perspective.
Actually, even if the jumpsuit mv is 3rd POV, I think Tyler is still Clancy and Clancy is still Tyler. One of Clancy's letters describes the jumpsuit mv from a 3rd point of view, too. The 3rd point of view might be an indication that Clancy/Tyler was lost and confused, and when you're lost and confused (stress and/or anxiety), you might feel like you see yourself from an outside perspective. I think he might’ve been lost/confused because he was outside of Dema, and whenever he is outside he is always unsure if he should keep going, or go back to Dema, which he sees as his home.

@@Marie-mi9qb yes. this comment was a year ago, but it's been kinda confirmed that it was Tyler. In the new letters Clancy explains having "out of body experiences". He especially mentions the incidents in the jumpsuit mv.

woah, all the lore stuff is a lot to take in... and idky, (i think i might just be making something out of nothing) but in the earlier twenty one pilots songs (the songs before dema, the bishops, clancy, the lore etc.) i'm hearing stuff that kinda ties to the lore... but then again, i listen to twenty one pilots all the time so im probably making it seem like it's something even though its more than likely nothing.

I think you're right about their older songs tying into the lore. Tyler has written about the same themes since he first started writing music, it just wasn't until Trench that he created a whole world. It makes sense that his older lyrics tie into the lore bc they address the same themes |-/
