See, the food to me in this country speaks to my soul. I knew that would be the case in South America, and in Latin countries. I've always loved it as much as Italian. Everything is so good it's unbelievable. Now I'm soooo hungry.
As for that Choripan (the first part of the word is an abbreviation for Chorizo, or sausage, and pan meaning bread), I think it was topped with a Chimichurri sauce, if I had to guess. Yuuummmm.
Hello!! My WHOLE family LOVES watching your you tube videos!! We started from the first video about a week ago and we’re at this one today! We’re a family of 4 with a 12 and 9 year old and travel is our obsession as well. With Covid and not being able to travel ourselves, we’ve replaced it with watching you! We have been to many of the places you two have been and we’ve loved watching the different things you do! Our kids have visited about 30 counties already (and about as many States) but we’ve added quite a few to our must see list from your vlogs! Just wanted to say hi and we love ya’ll!! (Yes, we’re from the South but live in Denver CO now.)

That's funny because I definitely had some anxiety when Nate set the camera down for that shot. Lol. I usually do though anytime they do those types of shots anywhere.
The sausage reminded me of some great ones I ate while in Germany. I hate hot dogs, cause of what goes in them, but well made sausages are exquisite!

The thing that was in the choripan it's called CHIMICHURRI -Parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, oil, ground pepper and alittlebit of salt-
What was inside the PASTELITO is called dulce de membrillo.
Other things you have to try its MATE and DULCE DE LECHE!!

That sauce in the "choripan" is called "chimichurri" ;)
yes be aware of your surroundings I grew up in Banfield and now I live in spring tx and it's so much different. inside the pastelito is dulce de membrillo, quince here in the states, and on the sausage sandwich the sauce is called chimi churri.

Yes amazing city Buenos Aires, I thought the food was just ok as he said its not healthy, and can be expensive, Just to warn you when you go to Boca and sit down and have a meal in a restaurant you have to pay for the use of cutlery, which was a new expierence for me, Argentina is a beautiful country and overall i found the people to be friendly, as usual just be carful of the taxi drives,
save money for food.love you guys.
