- Republican Strategist John Jordan discusses the likelihood of US President John Biden stepping aside as the Democratic candidate for the November presidential election.
“The fundamental problem the Democrats have here it isn’t just persuading Biden to step aside, it is also persuading Kamala Harris to step aside,” Mr Jordan told Sky News Australia.
“Polling has consistently shown that she is even less popular.”

Actually, that is incorrect. Is he withdraws from the race she it's not automatically replaced as his name on the ballot. Even if he's removed by the 25th amendment she is not automatically put on the ballot. She might automatically become the president because so if he is removed from office, then yes she would become the acting president but it does not put her name on the ballot automatically. And given it's too late to replace his name on most of the state's ballots because they have a timeline his name is going to remain on the ballots even though he's not eligible to be on the ballots.
The problem with Biden stepping aside is that his name is already on the ballot in two important states (Wisconsin & another) and according to state law cannot be removed from the ballot. A third state, Georgia, will also have his name on the ballot paper unable to be removed in a couple of weeks

My mother's job had called us to tell us that all though my mother was their best worker, they noticed that she was starting to forget how to do her job .
We confronted my mother , but she was in a state of denial.
She didn't want to leave her job . Finally after about a month later , the job gave her a surprise retirement party , without telling her . ( we knew )
We were shocked that she didn't fight it ! But glad .
She never tried to go back and she always went to the store , etc by herself.
That lasted about a year .
Then she was full Alzheimers . Went blind , etc .
She passed in 2012 . ✝️
