That must be a reflection of light. Try rotating your lights setup.
Very cool, but how did you get the obj file looking so smooth, when I export a obj file from illustrator I get a bunch of artifacts that come with it and the model is not smooth, can you help??

Hi Vikas, please make sure you're updated to version 2022 & adding to Asset export window AFTER making it a 3D object. Let me know if there's more queries

Can't export as OBJ, option is grayed out. I started with a SVG, applied some extrutions and not much more, but have no way to export to Blender or Dimension. Any idea why? Thanks !

Yes you can skip Ps and just make models using Ai 2023 or 2022 and then use it in Adobe Dimension.
Hey Varun thank you so much for this tutorial! For some reason the glass part of the capsule looks weird, like broken shapes inside, any ideas why? (I tried updating the setting of the material also the shapes and thick of the Illustrator graphic and nothing)
Thanks for trying my tutorial Alexis. I believe that could be because of the thickness of the model. Try making it thicker in Illustrator while exporting as OBJ. Let me know if that works.

@@VarunKumar Haa completely my bad, I didn't realize that the fill was enable in Illustrator, that was creating an obj with a conical shape inside the capsule. Everything is looking as expected now :) Thank you again, great tutorial!
When i try to paste the image it´s says: standard model i cant add into the sphere(ai) so.. idk
Just click on the 2nd icon from the right under "Actions" in properties on the right hand side just below the "Scene" panel.

it used to not be tNice tutorials way when I first started using it in version 3, they have overcomplicated it in my opinion
also it´s says doesnt work in parametric objects did you did somehting in the video looks you didn´t
Objects that can be modified need to be converted to standard model so that it freezes the properties and then you can make changes. I've replied to your comment. That should help you with this issue :)

nice tutorial bhai but I have one big issue with Adobe Diminution. when ever I try to render, it was stuck on 49% - 50% and took infinity time too render kindly help me pleaseeeee.
my Hardware GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti CPU:Ryzen 5 3600 and Ram: 8GB 32000hz
Adobe Dimension's GPU rendering is buggy (atleast for me). Try switching it to CPU. Let me know if that worked.

First make sure you're using Adobe Illustrator 2022 and then add a 3d effect to it, now try to export. you'll have obj in export settings. Must follow steps in that particular order.
