Fishin' Tsala Apopka Bassin' Runn 5/12/2017

No H2O on the Coast so I headed to the Town of Hernando in Citrus County to Play in the Tsala Apopka Chain of Lakes known as the Arbor Lakes. This turned out to be Exploration Day since I have not been here before. Managed to Find all the connecting Canals and went to All Four Lakes. Because of the Howlin' Wind I stayed in the Canals Flippin Boo-Ya & Zoom Froggs all PM. Managed to C/R 1 Chunk Bass, lose 3 others & Miss 10 mostly in the Padds!! H2O temp was 83 degrees. The Scenery on these Lakes & Connecting Canals is Spectacular!! This area Really has the WOW Factor!! I might have better success if I would hit the Lakes early instead of the Middle of the Day. I had a Lot of Funn Runnin' all the H2O.... enough so I need to make a Return Visit for some more Exploration!! Another Great Adventure on the Tsala Apopka Chain.

Joylandz travel....Thanks!! Once you learn all the connecting canals to the different lakes you find out that you cover a lot of water during the Exploration!!

dude what other canals / lakes can you get too from the withlacoochee? any ideas?

The only easy canal is the Orange State Canal off 48 on the east side of Floral City. Silver Lake ,Lake Panasoffkee & Lake Rousseau are the only lakes with access that I'm aware of. I've used at least 8 different ramps with direct access to the river from Nobleton to Lake Rousseau!!
