@@BethRazza lot of pre-made food in the US contains certain chemicals that are used as preservatives, colourants etc (some can be harmful but rarely) so those are the chemicals she is probably referring to

I was never allowed any treats like this as a kid. Honestly, one of the best parts of being an adult is getting to buy small things for myself that I wasn’t allowed when I was younger.

My elderly Jewish neighbor Rebecca would make me come in and eat these whenever she saw me walking down the beach as a kid...she was like 90 and just wanted to talk so I obliged, even though I really didn't like them and there is no telling a Jewish grandma you aren't hungry, lol.
A trick I've learned when I can't find chocolate Cool Whip is add a box of chocolate instant pudding to regular Cool Whip. Mix it really well so it won't be gritty.

You should try to make it with the gingerbread cookies, just adjust the quantity to add in the same weight as the 5 trees.

Hi Mary, I just wanted to let you know that I was inspired to make this recipe for Thanksgiving dessert and serve it with some holiday cookies from Aldi. It was a big hit with both the adults and kids alike, and a little six-month-old was making grabby motions toward the bowl once his dad gave him a taste! Thank you for sharing this lovely dessert dip with us!

Ohh wow these cakes! I remember microwaving them for a few seconds and eating them all melty and delicious (that was the only way I ever really enjoyed these). But this recipe surprised me! Thank you for sharing, I’m sold on this dip now! Lol 🎄🫶

The Christmas tree brownies are my favorite lol and the cosmic ones thank you for sharing this recipe I will definitely try it I don't know if you've ever tried a crock pot cherry pie super easy you just need white cake mix one stick of non-salted butter two cans of cherries nothing else no eggs no nothing throw it in the crock pot for about 2 and 1/2 3 hours top it off with some ice cream if you want I thought you might dig that recipe

am I crazy or could you always get those Little Debbie gingerbread cakes back in the early 2000's? I love them and honestly forgot all about them!
The cherry cordials are good and so are the gingerbread. Those two I can only find right now, in a week or two I'll never be able to find them again. Same with the pumpkin delights - I was only able to find them once when they first came out. These 3 tend to be on the "healthier" side as far as Little Debbie snacks go. My store does usually have the fig bars though. Those are good.
Thank you for alerting me of these Little Debbie products! I rarely get them, and when I do it's usually white cakes or nutty bars. I'll have to try some of the pumpkin flavors!

I was browsing in a store yesterday and saw some Jurassic Park mini figures. I saw the Dr. Malcom one and thought of you, Mary lol you'd love it. He was laying on his side doing kind of a sexy pose. It was hilarious and I could totally see the actual Jeff Goldblum doing that!
When my boyfriend was in high school, some kid that had been bullying him all year stole his christmas tree brownie from his lunchbox. My boyfriend stood up, calmly walked over to where the kid was, and punched him square in the face. Picked his brownie back up and sat back down and silently ate it while the whole lunchroom freaked out. It was the bully's birthday, too. He was suspended (of course) and he regrets nothing. He is always very excited for the brownies to come out each year and I know to stay FAR away from them 😂
They need to bring back the Christmas Wreaths. I loved those during the holidays, but they took them away. 😭
The only Little Debbie treats I like are the oatmeal cream pies but Mary this dip looks absolutely delicious and you’ve made me want to try it! LOL, the crochet doll. Our neighbors had one as their spare toilet paper roll cover on the back of their toilet. Not very sanitary, if you ask me.

@@SB-ez3dw sweet tea is so good unsweet tea is disgusting it’s definitely strange if you’re not used to it I love kool aid as well (look it up if you don’t know what it is) we use the same amount of sugar in kool aid as we do in sweet tea Idk if the sweet tea is the same at McDonald’s that’s not in the US (if that makes any sense) but yes McDonald’s has the best sweet tea of any fast food restaurant in my opinion
