Listen....I would have gotten this no questions asked if it had wireless charging. I use it religiously at work, while traveling, etc. If Samsung continues to be lazy with the redesign of the Fold 6 I will be leaving Samsung as a long time user and buying the OnePlus Open 2 which will hopefully have wireless charging. Love your videos J
Currently swapping from zfold4 to One plus Open. Should be here in a few days. For the exact reason you mentioned. I don't care about the wireless. Having a wire to a phone that charges to full from zero in less than an hour is a non issue. The only thing I'm nervous about is the lack of water resistance
I bought 3 of them. One for me, one for my daughter and one for her husband. Loved them until I didn't. 2 of the 3 had to be sent back. The first one took 1 1/2 month's to get back. I'm putting them all on eBay and going with the s24 series.

After having owned the Z Fold, several Z Flips, and the Pixel Fold, I have to say the OnePlus Open is my favorite folding device so far. The cameras are awesome. People shouldn't sleep on the OnePlus Open.
I might add if you have the black vegan leather back, it feels great without using a case.
Yep, I've never used a case with this phone.
I have the vegan leather one and have the official kickstand case I got half off from mecardi. It's thin and the kickstand is a welcomed addition. Both feel great but I'm too scared to go caseless so the official OnePlus leather works because it's the same texture, very thin, and has the benefit of added protection and a kickstand.
I've had the oneplus open for almost a month and i have zero regrets trading in my z fold5. The only things that worked better on the fold was split screen with games. But open canvas is amazing. My only issue i have is when you split screen with Instagram. If you havent opened up Instagram and then open via split screen then Instagram stories will freeze when you try to skip through them. Have you had this issue? The only way around this that i found is to open Instagram first then split screen the other app.
I'm thinking about switching from the Fold 5 to the Open. Any regrets so far? Camera comparison. Software comparison?
@@waseemal3951 no regrets! Battery better than z fold 5 plus the 67w charging is a major plus. Camera is much better in my opinion compared to the z fold 5. Software has been fantastic. I will say it definitely still needs optimizations. The instagram split screen stories bug is still present. Some apps still dont support being able to dual screen horizontally. Example trying to split screen a game with another app. RUclips has a bug that if you split screen with another app the video will freeze so you have to pause video and resume to make it go away. Other than that it’s solid. If you weren’t a heavy good lock user on Samsung you’ll be fine$
Best foldable you can buy
Been using it since Christmas with no issues. Only issue I really have is shortcuts from chrome or the contacts app refuse to save to the home screen. Wish I could get the pen too then I might sell the 24 ultra 🤷🏾♂️

goin on 2 months still with the out the box screen protectors and no protection on my camera other than a slim case from Amazon I've dropped this phone from a pretty good distance and I no damage at all no scuffs no scratches no cracks... I purposely got the voyager black because I didn't want a glass back but definitely loving this phone!!

HI, I'm having an issues with the recent upgrade. The Mater Mode will only shoot in JPEG or RAW not both. Also When I set it to RAW. It keeps resetting back to JPEG when I reopen the camera. Is this the case for everyone?

I love Oneplus, BUT... I can't live without my call screening feature. If Google opened that feature to OEMs, I would've bought it.
I have been using the device since last week. I really love the form factor and I am happy that I didn't go with the Samsung foldable. But.. but the camera is not worth the real estate it takes on the back side. It's no way near a 3 year old iPhone in terms of colour science and video quality. I dnt know why that is. Why is it so hard for Android phone makers to get the camera right.

@@kingsleyehapa5446 I didn’t try the galaxy S 24 ultra, but I have used the S23 ultra and the cameras other than the main camera were nothing to be impressed about. Under low light, the galaxy cameras doesn’t perform that well. I had better luck with Vivo and xiaomi flagship phones.

still rocking duo 1. everytime i walk up to this phone to buy it the camera bump makes me put it back.
No one will buy a device with NO Ai when taking photos - this is a must nowadays
