I've always felt like sub power up needs a big buff on most of the items... Lethal bombs should have a slightly (very tiny difference) larger lethal range, fairly larger chip range, and a significant boost to paint output. Burst bomb should have a slightly tightened damage spread with significantly larger paint output. Curling bomb itself should become larger and put out more paint with a larger explosion. Sprinkler should have a larger range ontop of hopefully it rework. Splash wall should definitely impact its duration as well and lower the range in which it's thrown forward. Point sensor is actually a nice effect already but it could benefit from slightly larger range with sub power up. Torpedo doesn't need any changes. From my experience with it, it's incredibly for enemy players to deal with the father throw range since your mix up options are much easier. Toxic mist should be a little bit larger with sub power up and have a slight linger effect after leaving up to 1.5 seconds. Fizzy bomb should be easier to charge. EDIT: Forgot auto bomb which instead of the lethal changes should instead move faster and gain an ability to charge its explosion while moving with more sub power up stacks. Max sub power up can move while charging up until its half-way point of charging the explosion.
I would say the tier list should look a bit more like this: S: A: Burst, Beakon, Splat B: Auto, Torpedo, Suction, Fizzy, Wall C: Mist, Angle, Mine, Curling D: Point, Sprinkler None of the bombs are enhanced enough by it to be considered S as all only offer extremely minor benefits. Burst and splat are in A for their poking capability and faster jumps on beakons make them a lot less campable. B tier has torp and auto for their player detection and suction for its poking power as well as wall for its ability to block lethal attacks like bombs and snipers for longer. C has mist because it does very little so the range helps very little, angle can be used in niche cases, mine is already pretty much garaunteed to hit things that activate it, and curling requires swim speed to be utilized. Point and sprinkler are pretty obvious.
