Tips: the name of green thai curry. Or แกงเขียวหวาน as you said. It doesn’t mean a green curry with sweet taste. But the Original recipe ,from ancient time, “sweet green” curry , the name meant some soft tone of green, like a Pastel green. there was no business with the taste, just about the color😆 Only one sweetness in Thai green curry should came from coconut milk😂😂😂. Original thai green curry wasn’t allowed to add any sugar in it😅
This is a really good selection. Those Thai foods are absolutely great. I also recommend anyone to try them. 🙂
