I think it counts because he didn't DIRECTLY talk with Harry and Meghan via email or phone, rather he spoke to their team who basically was a third party of communication.
So I guess under law he can claim that. But... we all know that's bull.
Idk how people can claim that means Harry and Meghan had no part in the finding freedom book. Just because they didn't read the final draft doesn't mean they didn't contribute. They should've just been honest. They probably worried what the press would say if they did admit about asking about Meghan's background. But it honestly would've painted them in a better light if they were a bit more transparent about it.

I find it odd that no as much attention was picked up in the oprah interview of the contracidory statements megan said while pregnant with archie. When Harry joined the interview he said it was when they first got together. Then in a subsequent interview with Tom B harry said none of his family were racist.

I always think it's funny that it was meghan telling the story of the 'race concerns' when she wasn't even present during the discussions. I have friends who have had mixed race children and there were discussions before the birth of whose colouring they would have. Will they look like mum or dad etc. Chris Rock even commented saying those conversations are prevalent. I doubt very much there were concerns as much as curiosity.

I think they definitely had concerns. They were afraid they're would be a dark skinned black baby on there Balcony with the Queen or next to Camilla. I think the Queen would have loved a black grandchild but Camilla I doubt so much.

Megaliar Smollet turned it into "concerns" when it was probably an innocent conversation every family has about an unborn child. It appears that the Dutch translators publisher got to work on a version of the book that was not yet final. So it seems the name was meant to be in the book and also to attack Catherine because of Megaliar's extremely dangerous jealousy toward Catherine.

The 'haters' understand Scobie has printed Hearsay. The inaccurate allegation of racial discrimination that 'Archie did not receive a Title because of the colour of his skin.' Hearsay is Gossip punishable by Libel & Slander Law. The Society of Professional Journalists is dedicated to free practice of journalism and high standards of ethical behavior. Scobie has breach his professional Code of Conduct and made defamatory statements which injures the reputation of another person and causes serious harm to their business reputation. In the case of a Monarch misinformation is a serious offence as it undermines the British Constitution and must be held to account.

Omid Scobie needs to be commended for his courage, honesty and bravery for writing this book! It is far better than the lies we are used to having rammed down our throats! The keyword "concerns" about the skin colour of the unborn Archie could mean worried about how dark it may be. This is purely racism even though Harry and Meghan did not use the word racism but by implications of the word concerns, then racism is implied by the two senior working royals.
If actually racism was not what they meant, then let us have the two royals tell us so.

The British press aren’t discrediting Omid Scobie because he’s ’ready for narratives’, they are discrediting him because he doesn’t have any credit. He does not communicate with the royal family on a regular basis. He is no longer a royal correspondent. What he is printing in his book is simply nothing more than his guesses, estimations and opinions. Yet, he is trying to market them as facts.
The fact you think this is somehow a journalistic whistleblower finally shedding light into the royal family suggests you too have fallen for his facade.
The Royal Family have been investigated, written about, studied, and even audited (their financials are audited every year) for hundreds of years. Omid Scobie doesn’t have access to that information apart from what the rest of us would see in a historical paper, or a lifestyle blog.
He wouldn’t have any information regarding the inner workings of the royal family. Even if you believe that there needs to be ‘deep conservations about the royal family’ Omid Scobie isn’t the person to have them, simply because nothing he said would be based on fact, or any type of formal investigation into the Royal Family.
Buy the book but also know you are buying something written by someone without any type of real knowledge on the subject

We have recently come to learn that that story regarding Meghan making Catherine cry the day before the wedding was twisted and reported incorrectly, so how do we believe anything if we can’t even trust the news?
My personal opinion is that the royal family should come out and confirm or deny what happened, as I believe only then would be able to get to the bottom of it and work out a way to move on and learn as a country.
