It’s too easy to accidentally open all your windows because it’s using the same key for both steps. I had this happen to me when the key was in my pocket. Thankfully I noticed before it started raining. Honda should change the steps so it takes at least two different buttons like when using the remote start feature. For example instead of unlock, unlock (hold) they could make it lock, unlock, unlock (hold). The chances of having the two buttons pressed while in your pocket is far less likely than the unlock button getting tapped then held while in your pocket.
Help! I have had my key fob in my purse inside the car and accidentally locked myself out of the car. I didn’t think the car would lock with the key inside or that close to the car. Can you advise me on this? If the key is in the car and I pull on the handle the car doesn’t open.

I just bought 2021 pilot and I hope you can roll windows up with a button instead of pulling out the blade and holding it inside. Cuz this is really dumb. But think you for the video
Damn! I have a 2011! Still gonna try my fob anyways. Secrets Secrets!
My Australian 2016 Honda Odyssey does this to put all the windows down… however if i press the lock car button once then press it and hold the windows go back up… also going either down or up if I let go of the hold the windows will stop at that point.
That’s awesome, im going to try that on my 2019 crv and see if that works.
I have 2008 Honda Accord ex and I was told it works as well! But it doesn’t! Can you explain to me why it doesn’t or is there a quick fix?
In the UK holding the lock button down closes the windows.
That’s cool 😎
Ok so with 2020 accord hybrid why is it that I can unlock all doors with key fob in pocket and grabbing drivers door handle, but if I’m on passenger side and grab door handle I have to open front passenger door and hit the unlock button before I can access the back passenger door. My hope is that you can explain to me how to get it to unlock all the doors without using key fob or having to open passenger door then unlocking all doors. Thank you for your time.
I learned something today,ty.
Welcome 🙏
Wow !! , very nicely and clealry explained , just to the point , Super cool , Thanks for putting this video
Thanks 🙏 im happy to help
Will our 2011 EX-L Accord do this? Sometimes we come out and the windows are slightly down and the sunroof slightly open. I'm gonna try it tomorrow.
Hondas seem to like rain flooding themselves, good luck!
correct me if im wrong but you can also close all windows by doing the same thing to the lock button
Unfortunately no
Hi...I'm Nayim from Mauritius.. Trust you are doing good.. I would like to know how to set the clock in my car. Honda Accord hybrid year 2014... Unfortunately it shows only in Japanese language... Thanking you and hope to hear from you soon...regards
I's like to know more about how it gets the temp. to 72. I have a 2018 CRV EXL. It remote starts, but the heat and the heated seats don't come on automatically until I step on the brake and press the button, even if the car is turned off with the seats and the temp set to high.
Wow thanks I wondered about the remote horn
Welcome 🙏
Is there a way to bypass the windows and moon roof open from the remote? I accidentally hit the button when the remote was in my purse and it opened all windows and moon roof, luckily the car was in my garage, I can’t imagine if it was outside in the rain when the moon roof was opened. Please advise!
Anything new with the latest models? Thanks for the info
It's realy helpful, but my car have another problem we locked our car ,every door and windows locked and few hours after alarm keeps going on plz tell me why this alarm going on what's the issue.car model honda crv 2019
