How did you do the conversation? What turbo, what exhaust manifold, what distributor? Did you make any change on the engine block (additional oil jet), or the cylinder head?
All the conversion details are on the T4 forum unders 2.4D AAB Turbo Project ! It's a Volvo V70 K14 Turbo & Manifolfd with a full 2 1/2" stainless exhaust , FMIC & twin oil cooler set up . 120bhp 191lb/ft
please reply to the comments i need to put a new engine in my t4 and want it quicker its been off the road for 3 mnths i have money to finally sort it out. Any info on yours would help.

suggestion: mount intercooler
T4 2.5 TDI ACV part swap!! intel,exhaust manifold, oil dipstcik,KKK14 turbo,custom or original intercooler 0,5 bar turboo boost.

It's an AJA engine oil jets same as ACV 20:1 compression and rebuild injection pump , running 1bar boost
