Good Jam here I love any thing from their first an second Albums!! Loved their style ,an their Hunger 👑🌹 I love an respect the Band ,this is how real rock an music was made back in the early years of rock thanks for playing this one love it reaction ☮️💫💥💘💗❤️🤜🤛🤩🌟💓🤗✨💛🧡💚💙💜🎈🌞💥🙏☮️
I just love Queen 1; great debut album and Great King Rat is a perfect sample of what Queen - the band - will be all about: - Lyrics that transports you to another world - Freddie for the vocals, enough said. - Always a break for Brian May's solo, though the band as yet to make the guitar sings in duet with Freddie (as best exemplified in It's a Hard Life) - Roger Taylor is a beast with the drums, always consistent. Here he drives the song through the changes in rhythm. - Deacon in the background. GKR is not the best song to show how much he's "the rock in a storm", the metronome for the band. 1st album, 2nd song, and the groundwork is already there.
Thanks for Freddie Fridays!!! In the 1800’s there was a theatre charity group called The Grand Order of Water Rats (GOWR) in the U.K. The leader was referred to as the Great King Rat. There’s a story of one leader who died at the age of 44 of Syphilis! Hmmmmmmm - Love Brian’s guitar here! 🎸🎸
Not every Queen song is a hit, but there are a lot of hidden gems...power performance, power band, power voice...love this one

My favourite era of Queen 🤘
About Brian's hair, if it works, don't fix it 😁
I love this one of my favorite songs.
Great choice! I love this song.

Love their debut album, this song definitely showed their experimental side, with vocal delivery time changes, but still very rocking song 🤘
