Hi Tiffany, speaking as a retired nurse, we used to use Purell. We noticed a difference in or dry hands because before the advent of sanitizer, we had our hands in soap and water all day. I’m not sure whether it has a moisturizing effect but it treated our hands very well. Have fun on your vacation with the gorgeous Matt.❤ Ellie

The brown jumper looked perfectly fine 😊 BTW, I would rather have the fruit than fruit juice.. if an orange has 9g of sugar that’s fine - you also get the fiber, but orange juice would be let’s say 3 oranges, which is 27g of sugar - no fiber coz most of the time they discard the fiber. 27g of sugar = 7tsp of sugar! So not exactly the healthiest 😅
Good post. Most people need to cut down on sugar, syrups, and honey. Cancer survivors need to cut more, as tumors develop their own blood supply which delivers nutrients for cells growth. The theory is to nourish your whole body but starve tumors of fast acting carbs. Don't need to cut all carbs, just reduce unless you need to gain weight.

A lot of these smoothies and yoghurt drinks are really high in carbs and sugar. It isn't better for you than sweets. Better to eat a proper piece of fruit as you eat less because of the flesh. Berries are fine. Xx

I think you're right to have the occasional detox day. We have our phones with us but rarely use them as a phone! I do social media blackouts for weeks at a time - but not RUclips 😂😂. I just love that I can watch any subject I like whenever I want to.
