    Wow your kids are really growing fast, nice to see your Adventure again must PWS Glacier ice we traveled around that sound for 4 months in 1984 and it was like a Gost town not very many people was a experance of our life time, Please keep up the great videos. Thank you

    You might try a limb saw to cut the ice into handable sizes. That is what the people use to make cubes to make ice shelters.

    Wow so great to see you! I really miss ATLF. I have thought about you many times over the years since the last season. The kiddos are really growing!       I appreciate your concern, but we believe in creating an environment where our children learn to understand and manage risks. If they had fallen in, I would have pulled them out immediately. Both of my kids are strong swimmers and were wearing their life preservers. This experience helps them build confidence and awareness in challenging situations.

    Sparrow is very intelligent, that ice could be from last winters fall and not the ice shelf.

      your right, technically this could be part of frozen waterfall that feel into the ocean, however Considering there is a MASSIVE glacier just a few miles away that is constantly sluffing I've into the sea (and I mean constantly, like every 5 minutes chunks the size of a house fall into the ocean) it's much more likely that is from the glacier.

    Really awesome that centuries old ice is now chilling your freezer. Southern girl here so we have no ice. We did get to see the wonders of the Aurora Borealis tonight and that was amazing!

      Where did you see aurora? We are about 75 miles SW of Atlanta airport and saw nothing last night. Too overcast tonight. 😢

    What a great video! We used to get ice from the bergs in Seward! Any ideas what I can do with my Granddaughter (7) in Homer this July while my oldest daughter is out Halibut fishing? My wife and I are going to hang out at the spit with her, and just wondering if there are any cool activities we could do while waiting for the mighty fisher girl to get back with her haul?!

    This may sound like a dumb question, but does iceberg ice taste any different from any other ice? When you melt it and drink the water, does it taste better?

    The only thing missing was fishing rods what is in the bladder in the front of the boat

      That is a 100 gallon fuel bladder. On long trips I bring extra fuel then transfer it to the main tank and roll up and stow the bladder
