This poor man has been starving his whole life & he didn't even know it.
Hshsha almost Kelly ;)
Eating the ribs with a fork. So sad.
You need to caveman that thing.
Doing that in a white undershirt is brave indeed. Not one stain. Impressive
Skilled ;)
@@thestreetfoodconnoisseur You probably Changed 3 shirts when you were off camera!! LOL!
@@balancedactguy haha maybe I did when I went for those onions, Mark!
Reviewbrah would be proud
No kidding. He's like a professional painter, they can paint an entire house and come out without a drop of paint on them. Me? I've got it in my hair, clothes, bottom of my feet...
I love when Europeans eat our food and enjoy it.
It was insanely nice!!
Fun video is Koreans trying BBQ. It's on the Digitalsoju channel.
Yeah, people say America has no culture. Take the the time to look beyond fast food (which can also be delicious) and we have lots of it.
Texas is king of BBQ. ❤️ Well most foods in the south are great!
@@user-tx5vi5es6u true. But all the BBQ states together would make 1 bad ass feast. 😋🍖
After tasting everything, he jumps right to making a sandwich with the Mac and cheese and greens on it. The man is a genius!
Hahaha got me laughing!! Appreciate the comment
Throwing everything on a piece of white bread and then covering it with hot sauce. Welcome to America my friend.
Haha next level sandwich 🤤
it's not "hot sauce" it's bbq sauce which is sweet, but usually with a vinegar undertone and black cracked pepper for bite. But, not a hot sauce like tabasco or a pepper sauce at all.
I was like this dude didn’t even need to learn. He gets us! 😂😂 only missing some cole slaw
Adam Hutchison it’s certainly hot sauce to them even with a bit of spice. The Nords don’t do Spicy. So what may barely register to us, is spicy to them. Has been my experience all across the nordics. Though I do agree with you, it’s most likely BBQ sauce.
@@DefinitelyNotBlackOpalDirect very true, I was just in Denmark and there doesnt even seem to be black pepper regularly available at restaurants, lol
I never thought I would see someone who likes onions as much as I do.
Hahahahah but now you have Clyde ❤️
Hah same
Onions and peppers are the best
Onions are _delicious_ and I don’t understand why people don’t like them
BBQ and cheese enchiladas pushed me to appreciate the raw white onion. flavors really compliment each other.
My cousin visited from Denmark and said she wants to move to the US and become a fat American! 😂
Hahah seems like a great idea :P
You foreigners know are starting to see why we are fat... it's all the damn good food here. BBQ, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks etc etc.
😁
Dude, it's a full time job to stay thin here in Texas.
Nostra Thomas my German friend did exactly thatlol
Making those sandwiches makes you truly American. Kudos!
Appreciate the comment!! Thanks for watching ❤️
Exactly! I was proud of him atp..
lol, they are called Dagwoods.
Like a Boss!
As a texan I approve of this video. Also living in Houston I can confirm what the guy is saying is true.
Thank u man!

Well, that’s the first barbecue, green bean, Mac and cheese sandwich I’ve ever seen !!! 😂😂😂. He actually cleaned his plate. Holy Moly.
Hahhha you got me laughing!!! Thanks for leaving a comment ❤️
I actually sold sandwiches like that on my food truck....great minds think alike!
Hahahahaha !!!!!!
Don't worry. There is no wrong way to eat BBQ.
I appreciate it
It's true. There are plenty of wrong ways to make BBQ but no wrong way to eat. You do you :-)
Other than not cleaning your plate.
Chopsticks for pulled pork or ribs on the bone
Peeling off the skin on chicken or turkey and not eating it. But that's about the only BBQ eating foul.
I have never seen anyone make a bbq brisket, mac n cheese, green bean and onion sandwich before, but I am not against it. It made me want to try it.
It was epic 😂
The #1 rule when eating Texas BBQ is that there are no rules when eating Texas BBQ.
Reminded me of a thanksgiving sandwich y’all make to reuse the leftovers from thanksgiving lol when he put the green beans on there it immediately brought me back to those moments
I love to see foreign visitors enjoying themselves and the various kind of foods in the USA. I wish I had been there to buy a beer for you.
Haha thank u so much! I also tried Terry Black’s bbq, In n Out burger, white castle, Las Vegas buffet of buffets and so on... ❤️
You should have given the onions a try.
Hahaha!
I literally laughed out loud when I read this comment.🤣
Onions are pure evil.
@@alienlife7754 Try submerging some onion slices in cold water for a bit, it gets rid of the overly strong flavor and makes them slightly sweet.

Could have atleast dipped the onions in the onion water. 🤷🏽♂️ lol

Haha amazing!
ANYBODY eating American BBQ......
The American Food language. It's the easiest language to learn.
Me: heart warmed seeing him enjoying Texas BBQ for the first time.
Also me: "The man eats white onions like candy!?"
Hahah made me laugh Tom!! Thanks for watching
The look on his face at 2:07 when he tried BBQ is great. Watching foreigners eat BBQ for the first time is always fun. America is a 5 alarm dumpster fire in 2020, but we know how to eat.
Haha that look!
I can't believe he ate the whole thing.
Easy!! My channel name is Swedish for the glutton :P
He's a Swedish meatball.
I thought you meant the whole onion.
😂
I love how dude is just eating those raw onion slices straight, like they're onion rings or something. "They're like candy!" he says. LOL He's a real Viking, for sure. He really loved that hot sauce, too. I wonder if he bought a bottle or two to take with him.
Really appreciate the comment! You sre totally true haha. Also sry for the episode being in Swedish… all episodes from 2019 and onwards are in English. Stay safe! ❤️
@@thestreetfoodconnoisseurits kind of fun with the subtitles, since a lot of it sounds really close to English
I do think that this is one thing we got absolutely right in America.
... and other things not? 😂
@@thestreetfoodconnoisseur A lot of things not.
Some people from other countries believe America has no original food identity and that its all processed garbage . America perfected BBQ and no other country does it better 👍
I can't think of another country that offers more opportunities and freedom than the USA.
Stop the self loathing bit
This makes me so happy for some reason
haha would love to go back
I just keep coming back to see you experience this genuine sense of bliss.
Texas does a few things right. 🤣
Hahah really appreciate it my friend 🤝
You, my friend, are a true Texan for eating all that without a single stain! Next you should try a crawfish boil in New Orleans. They literally just put a pile of the food on your table for you to pick out of, soooo good. Also, it’s barbecue sauce, not hot sauce, regardless of the spice!
Really appreciate the comment
There's no such thing as "American BBQ". You're eating Texas BBQ there. There's regions where it changes.
However, Texas is in America and thus it’s American bbq. Joking... I get it. Sry ❤️ Appreciate your comment Dave!!
@Natural Slasher nope, its just different depending in which state you currently are in. Like Texas BBQ is completly differnt from Kansas BBQ.
@@takedasamurai4848 so this. The bark is different, the sauces are different....only the meat is roughly the same. Some do a more dry brisket, while others prefer a roast type. Personally I like Texas grilling with NC sauces.
@Natural Slasher No reason to call me a dumbfuck. Im from texas and i hardly ever talk to anyone who wants to leave america so go fuck yourself.
@@OoogaBoog yes i know the difference. I was just trying to give the guy i was replying to the belief of doubt that he wasn't an ignorant little shit
This made me laugh so hard. As a native Texan, when I saw you put the brisket, green beans, and Mac & cheese on the bread with the sauce….hilarious! And every time a grackle started to cackle, the cartoon bird appeared. So funny!

The big sweet onions in Texas are the variety Texas 1015.
Prolly why he said they are like candy
You haven't lived till you dine on Walla Walla Sweet Onions. The best by far of all the sweets.
Raw sweet onions are just heaven. Think onion-ey watermelon.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it. I hope my fellow Texans made you feel welcome. Some mentioned there is no “American BBQ“ and I agree with that. Each state does it their own way, with Texas being the best of course. 😊 Adding... at least make sure you have BBQ in the south.
I experienced the southern hospitality for sure!! Appreciate the comment Penelope
And this is why we are fat...food is just too delicious
haha... in addition to a sedentary lifestyle. This was very evident in Texas. Thank YOU for writing a comment Enrique
No, we're fat because we eat a lot of processed food with tons of sugar in it and drink a lot of sugary drinks.
Not everybody walks six and a half miles to and from lunch!
Italian and Japanese food is delicious, but you don't see fat Italians or Japanese.
@@EinkOLED Right. Because they move.

Not needed for BBQ. MMM WOW is a universal expression
The guy at the end was right. Houston and Dallas are HUGE. If you drive on I-10 from East to West it is 80 miles across.
I have one thing to say before I watch. It's not American barbecue. It's TEXAS barbecue.
Born and raised in Austin. Black’s is a little outside of town. You didn’t miss anything by skipping Franklin’s if you had Black’s. Franklin learned to do his stuff from Black’s. Anyway, you crushed that shit homie! Putting the green beans on your sandwich was a little weird but whatever. Love how you loved the onions. Gotta have onions and pickles with Texas brisket!
Oh MAN!! I wish I could still pack it in like that! Oh, to be young again.
