Very nice job on the video. Nicaragua is just one of those places that you generally never think about or hear about or discussed (lately). Especially if you do not already know anyone here or have connections. I'm curious what interested or steered you to move/live here? (1/3 through the video right now) and commenting while watching. I ordered 50 Lbs. of green wet processed coffee from a farm in Dipilto. Enough to last myself and family about an entire year. I roast coffee here on a small/hobby/fun scale. And just wanted to find out a little more about the place that "this year's supply" originated from. Of course Nicaragua is a BIG place. And the coffee came from a small town on high ground. Your video starts out (and it looks like you are living) at sea level. If I ever visit it will be in an old but well maintained and care for airplane. Cheers!
you should give a shout out to Fernando. town veterinarian. all locals know where he is . just down from the big vegetable market on road going to the beach.

Hey seat people, I’m digital designer from cold eastern Europe. Thinking to move to Nicaragua. Can you please tell me best way to search for longer term rental properties?
Hi Jess and Maia, watched a couple of your videos. Me boyfriend and I were last there in 2017. Had a great time. My son is getting married soon and we’re in charge of planning their honeymoon. We’ve been looking for a place for them to stay close to town and would like to know if you would you happen to have any recommendations? We stayed in a great place, but have been unable to locate it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I live out in playa Marsella. there are big beach houses that owners rent. look like they could accommodate weddings . The entrance is at Bosques del Mar development on chochalata rd 5 miles from town.
