    I'm Dr.Hallaj from Kerala...one patient came to me with the complaint of irregular menstrual periods & History of secondary infertility since last 6 years..USG showed Multiple ovarian cyst in both side.       But after doing this exercises my period has been regular for last 3 months

      1. 15 to 20 times
      2. 25 times a day
      3. 25 times (4 reps=100)
      4. 20 times (3 sets)
      5. each side 20 times 3 sets

      I also had the same problem doctor gave me medicines but then also I didn't get my periods. But after doing this exercise alone without any medicines I got my periods after 2 months . This really works
