Just wanted to share with everyone- I have been LOVING this moisturizer from Walgreens brand it’s called moisturizing skin cream and it’s a dupe for cetaphil but so much better! My skin literally looks like it’s back from the dead and is the answer to my thick moisturizer needs! I have been priced out of most products and loved the aveeno. There is a travel size for the aveeno moisturizer which is affordable for me, but the Walgreens brand comes in a HUGE tub and was around 10$. I put it in a fancy jar from when I used to buy more expensive skincare and I can’t tell the difference! Actually the difference is my skin calmed down because of switching to a moisturizer with basic ingredients so I can treat my skin in other steps!
I love the Walgreens dupe for Cerave PM moisturizer! Results and significant savings, especially with their sales.
Apart from all the wonderful things I learn about skin care ingredients watching you, I really enjoy your Saturday vlogs of you hanging out in Houston. I used to visit Houston as a little girl because my dad grew up there, so I love to catch glimpses of the city. 😊
What a refreshing Saturday vlog! By late August in the high desert, the sights of flowers and greenery and sounds of rain and streams are balms for the soul. Loved it, you live in such a beautiful, resource rich area, Dr Dray!💚
Happy Saturday Dr Dray!
Thank you for the video!!! I miss your recipes and hope your mom is doing well/recovered!
What a beautiful park! Thank you so much for the "walk". Love when you take us with you.
LOVING the vibe of this weekend vlog!
Dr. Dray! Thank you for taking us along to the Secret Garden park. The babbling brook is enchanting. Our Mother also taught us catch and release bugs. We use an empty peanut butter jar with a piece of cardboard to slide over the opening as a bug catch jar. Take care.
I just loved this video... Beautiful park, the nature, the sounds of water streams and the silence in the library,, so calming and relaxing. ❤🙏
Glad you enjoyed it
things you’ve recommended here that I do love: Eucerin “essential oil” balm, the Hada Labo gel moisturizer and cleansing oil, the DRMTLGY sunscreens are all things I’ve repurchased a few times now.
I love the Clinique Cleansing Balm over most others.
Bought the Hada Labo and love it. The texture is so light compared with others. And it easily clean my pores in such a non sensitising way. Really enjoy the feeling of washing out those sebaceous filament when using it. And it’s so easily to emulsify without any leftovers on skin!!
Oh man, the bookstore footage was wonderful calming ASMR to the max for me.
I’m eager to hear more about the Timeless Skincare line. I use a few of their products including the one you shared and Vit. C. Thanks for all you teach us!
I’ve been using several of the Timeless products for six years. I have the CoQ10 serum and shake it before using with no separation issues.
I enjoyed watching this video with my tea 🫖 The bookstore was very nice, nice selection of books and recipes too 🥰 Thanks for sharing a part of your day :)
You look great in that white cap!💕🥰 Have a good day Dr Dray! I love your videos, you motivate me to be a better person seeing you thriving is really inspirational to me. So thank you, i appreciate it💕
Happy Saturday, everyone! I hope you all have a great day! 😀💗
You too!
Happy Saturday, Dr. Dray . Love watching your vlog . 😊🤍🌞🌸
Morning!
Hi Dr Dray pump that iron keep building those upper body muscles have a great weekend!
What a pretty park love the brook with the stones and waterfalls so green! Thanks for sharing with us! Cute hat!
Another fun trip. I love all of these beautiful places you're taking us to. The sound of running water is so calming. I'm a huge nature lover and find peace when I'm able to be outside and enjoy the sounds of birds or whatever else wanders through. Cute bookstore! Thanks, Dr Dray!! Happy Saturday! I hope you have a tranquil evening. 💞
Ahoy Mary! Hope your doing well have a nice weekend! God bless! :)
Ahoy Uncle Charlie! I'm doing well, thanks. Hope you are too. Miss seeing you in the comments. God bless you too. In this insane world we're living in, he's the only one to cling to! 🙏 Have a nice weekend.
Thank U Dr Dray..For All Your Hard Work Of Informing Us Of Skin Care Do’s And Don’ts
P.S. U Are Funny Too With Your Comebts They Keep Me Laughing!!..
Wow. The running water in the park was so relaxing. I like the mosaic of the horse also. Book stores are also relaxing. Love the smell if the books.
Just returned from a trip to Alaska and got caught up watching your videos from 08/17 to today's. I was soooooo to learn you were here in LA and more so when you said, Warner Center, that the area where my office is and used to walk in the WC park by the hotel you stayed in. You would loved follow my heart 'food, I am also vegan and go there from time to time. OMG you were at the Village mall😁 I also go there to get my Cava bowl and gas at Costco. I live like 14 miles west to Woodland Hills and we have so many trails that you would enjoy. Dr. Dray, I would loved meeting you to thank you in person for all the context you share with us. I watch you daily, can't wait for you daily videos 9am my time. Loved when you take us with you shopping or traveling. Miss to see your mom and the white doggy. Thank you so much!!!💖🌻 please come back soon to eat awesome plant based food and matcha pastries.
i live for your vlogs it’s my one constant ❤️
I moved away from Texas last year and one of the (few) things I miss is Brazos Books! They have a lovely selection.
I love hearing about your med school experience! Could you make more videos on med school and residency?
I’ve tried a number of cleansing oils and balms. Hada Labo is the one I keep coming back to. Love it!
I loooooove Aveeno products! For anyone with extra sensitive and dry skin like myself, Aveeno is the way to go!
Since you got me onto Hada Labo Cleansing Oil ages ago, I have tried many ois and balms. I ALWAYS return to Hada Labo! The best.
Thank you Dr. Dray for sharing your knowledge! I recently found your channel and took your advice. I admit that I bought into the idea that expensive and high end is better but when I found you I started using Cerave cleanser, Cetaphil redness relieving moisturizer, Differen, and Avene sunscreen. Also I started applying my lotion in the shower like you suggested and in just a few days my skin calmed and the redness went away. My skin never looked better and I still can’t believe that it’s from using cheap products!
My favorite cleansing balm is the Paula’s choice omega complex. I always get it on sale and I stock up during sales. I like others but I love this one and haven’t been tempted to try others.
I said, “It looks very Secret Garden-esque,” at the same time as you when I saw that cute door and mosaic in the park!! I agree with you about the double cleansing process: I feel the same way. I haven’t tried the Hada Labo one, but the Kose Softymo Speedy cleansing oil is definitely a top pick for me!
Happy Saturday Dr. Dray and everyone!
Love the weekend Vlogs. 😀
Morning!
@@DrDrayzday Morning Dr. Dray! Enjoy your day! 😀
👱♀️❤
I love the timeless vitamin C serums. It comes in a pump bottle and is easy to apply. Definitely worth a try.
I love the hada labo cleansing oil!
Happy Saturday! ❤️
I’ve been going to the YMCA in South Carolina for over 10 years. Wonderful classes at various times of day and many options for weight machines and cardio. Well worth it!
Yay! Happy Saturday Dr. Dray!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend! Can't get enough of your videos! Thank you!
You too!!
Happy Saturday to All 😊
Dr Dray, I love your vids. So relaxing, especially when you take us with you places. 😘🌸
Glad you like them!
Thank you! 🌸❤️
Thoroughly enjoyed walking with you, what a beautiful place, thank you for sharing 👍
Love your vlogs. Didn’t know Kroger had books. Good to know. Have been using the Timeless Co Q10 for about a month and like it. Need to check out that beautiful park. Have never heard of it before.
i got the pink & red timeless serum, love them!
This hometown weekend trip has been one of my favorites😄 Garden was beautifully kept, flowers 🌸 and the colorful tile designs were fun♥️ I also save spiders, and I really enjoyed your trip through the independent book store! Wonderful video. Thank you 🙏
What a fun bookstore! Lovely park too. ❤️
glad i got to check it out
@@DrDrayzday ❤️
It amazes me how you find these parks devoid of people. Lucky you ! Thanks for the tag-a-long. Happy an awesome weekend, and see ya tomorrow ! P.S. lovin the hat !
She's probably going early, partly to avoid peak sun hours, maybe even on a weekday to post later on Saturday.
I just started using the timeless coenzyme Q10 in the mornings. It’s pretty good so far. I’m looking forward to hearing your complete review on it.
Your skin really looks good!
Hey doc! I purchased the timeless C serum so far fantastic! Thank you🥰🥰🥰
Hi dr dray thanks for video , Happy weekend , 😊
Morning!
Happy Saturday Dr Dray...see you tomorrow x💙🤩
You too!
Thank you! People have such hangups about spiders, but they're amazing little helpers and so important to the ecosystem. Yes, cellar spiders make an awful cobwebby mess in my basement which everyone who's ever seen is wont to comment on; but it's totally worth the wasps and other noxious pests they kill.
Love the cleansing oil too! I'd been using Bioderma micellar water but this is better.
Happy Saturday
Have a beautiful Saturday Dr.Dray and peeps ☕ ☕ 🍵 🍵 ❤️ ❤️ 🌞 🌞
You too!!
😎👍☕☕☕🍵🍵🍵
Brazos is also the name of the tv detective that Steve Martin plays in the Hulu series “Only Murders in the Building.”
Great vlog!! Loved the kitty foot prints on your windshield. Lol. 🐱
Aveeno has new calm and restore products. I love the sound of streams and rivers it’s so calming.
I loved my Neutrogena cleansing wipes but switched to Hada labo cleansing oil and it turned my cheeks bright red for the first time ever. So, I switched to Neutrogena cleansing oil and no more red cheeks and not using make-up wipes. Best of both worlds! So glad I bought your Totoro mug years ago, its my favorite. Thanks Dr. Dre!
I love the convenience of not having to deal with people while I'm trying to work up a sweat. And the guys always leave the damn heavy weights on.
Love the weekend vlogs! Happy Saturday!
Thank you! You too!
I find cups with silicone lids at Asian stores, there’s a section in my local Asian grocery store. Happy Saturday!
I use CoQ10. I like it. I'm very satisfied with all the serums I use from Timeless and The Ordinary. People don't guess that I'm 63 so something is working! Have a good weekend and I love Abercrombie sweatshirts too!
I love the hado labo cleansing oil and I prefer it over a makeup balm. It’s so light and it doesn’t sting my eyes which is great because I can get all my mascara off. It’s such a great product and I like that you can just buy refills. Double cleansing definitely has helped my skin since I do wear makeup so I find it cleans better but doesn’t strip my skin.
That park is really nice. What a great place for a walk. I don't kill spiders either but I put them outside.
The 24 Hour Fitness by my house closed a year ago. A lot of them have closed here in granola land aka the OC 🤩. I think it’s so great that you get out and about. Thanks for the trip to the park.
Happy Saturday! Wishing you many pearls :) Reliable spider transport: drinking glass over spider, slide Anything thin under glass (may have to nudge spider this way & that), carry glass and thin cover outdoors, release spider to make the world better! Such a pretty park, love the soothing sound of running water. What a gorgeous book store!!
Would be a little tricky to do in the sink though lol
@@moominmay For sure, even on a flat surface. And then there's (for me) the yuk factor :)
I put the Hada Labo cleansing oil on my list after hearing you say your eyelashes seem better when you use it. I have had an issue with my eyelashes breaking leaving bald spots for a number of years now so I hope this will help. Thanks for the suggestion! :)
Great choice. I’ve used a number of cleaning oils and it’s the only one I’ve repurchased.
I’ve been using The Ordinary Brand Lash & Brow serum, and my lashes have grown. They were getting sparse. I didn’t get any irritation from the serum & I have sensitive skin. I didn’t think it would work, because it was only $15. Of course, everyone is different, but worth a try for the price. ☺️
Love the hat!
I use to be a gym rat too but now I have bands & I treadmill 6 days a week! Have a blessed weekend!🥰
“WoW!!..That’s A Big One”.. He’s Been Working Out At The Y.M.C.A!!..
🥰🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you for briging out totoro back 🤘🏻🤓😁
I’ve been using the Coq10 for years now and really like it. I do give it a shake before using because I notice it separates too.
nice video blog 👍 😀 👌 Dr Dray 😀, I love ❤ these
Hada labo cleansing oil is the best!
I used Timeless Q10 serum last winter with great results. Since the bottle was empty, I tried Inkey List Q10 for summer with the thought of using it as my moisturizer. I already reordered Timeless Q10 but will finish the Inkey List Q10. I may or may not go back to Inkey List Q10 next summer. I like that Timeless discloses the % of Q10 in their serum. Dr. Dray, your skin seems to have a really healthy glow since you have been using the IDIN products.
I've had that clogged pump happen on many different cleansers and lotions. It either lands on the wall behind the sink or on my shirt. 😕 I scored my first pumpkin spice candle yesterday from TJ Maxx. Had to fire it up this morning! 🥧 I agree about Barnes & Noble, I used to really enjoy shopping there but not so much anymore. Half Price Books too used to be a fave but not since the pandemic. 😐
Dr Dray, I also use that Aveeno moisturizer at nite, sometimes on top of Retinol, my skin really likes Aveeno products ! 🙌 .
Hado Labo cleansing oil is the best for double cleanse. Heimish All Clean Balm makes a great tiny pot for air travel.
There is an independent book store out here in Friendswood called Forgotten Lore. They specialize in rare books I believe. Could be a cute place to go on one of your suburb field trips.
Dr Dray, its so sad not to see your mom venturing out with you, how is she doing? Prayers her way
Pre pandemic I went to the NYC YMCA. I loved the beginner dance classes (ballet, jazz tap, retro dance). Also the lane pool to swim laps or learn to swim laps in my case. I made some terrific friends in the classes, too. The Y goes the extra step to be more than just a gym. I started to go when a friend was taking classes they offered for cancer patients. It was graduation day and she asked me to come with her. They had small things from Trader Joes to eat and they said a little about each person. Then they gave a rose to each member. One lady they then gave a whole bouquet to. She had multi cancers and had stuck with her exercise program. Needless to say we all were in tears. They also do a lot for the community. It's a great organization and your money goes to support that. Join !
The 24 hour fitness by my house is the only one in Colorado that's still 24h, and they just did that a couple months back. I've been going since about 2009 and have slowly seen so many of their amenities slowly reduce over the years, so you're probably right that it was better when you went
Where in Colorado do you live? I am from Colorado Springs- visiting next week for some concerts in Denver.
@@meggieprice Littleton!
Littleton here too!
I wear ball caps all summer! Especially when I need to get somewhere quick and don't feel like doing my hair lol!
Thanks for this video. I have used Timeless serums off and on for a while. I love their CEF serum. They have 20% and 10%. I’ve used both because I was so sensitive to the 20%. But after using the 10% for a while my skin acclimated. I am also using the Q10 and Matrixyl Synthe 6. Love them both and I’m just noticing my skin is looking better since I started them. Overall I love Timeless products and a great value, cruelty free and made in USA.
Was really happy to see you put the sunscreen on your ears. I had a really bad sunburn once, but only on my ears, and all because I forgot to put sunscreen there! 😒
I switched from the Timeless CoQ10 to the Buffet and it was fine. But when the Buffet was gone I went back to Timeless and there is just something about it my skin loves. Maybe the HA? Idk. There is a significant positive difference in my skin with the Timeless.
I like Murder By The Book in Rice Village. Cute little bookstore.
You definitely need to shake the bottle to mix prior to application! The website even says to give it a shake before using.
I really like the Timeless VitC serum, but do start with the 10% bottle and then move on to the 20% if you are a little sensitive.
Happy Saturday geeks and peeps!! Hope you guys enjoy yours because mine wasn't the best cuz our Monday schedule was moved to today.
P.S Johnson baby shampoos and washes make good facial and hand cleansers.
P.P.S Dr G Mild Green Up Sun+ lives up to its reputation.
P.P.P.S Johnson baby mineral oil is surprisingly lightweight and not sticky and I love it
I use the Q10 serum from Timeless and I love it. I do shake the bottle before I use it. Mine comes out as a nice uniform yellow when I do.
Me too. Always give it a good shake.
Dr. Dray Missha came out with a new Time revolution essence. Hopefully you can review it. So far I have been enjoying it.
It’s good to see Totoro again ❤️ have you checked Amazon for an additional mug? Happy Saturday ❤️
I've been using the Neutrogena Body Oil as my cleansing oil since you recommended it in one of your older videos. It has worked great! I plan to buy Hada Labo after I try the Naturium cleansing balm I bought. I've never tried a cleansing balm before, but if it melts down into an oil anyway, why pay more for a balm when an oil works just as well? Hopefully will like the Hada Labo! If not, I'll just go back to the Neutrogena. I was able to purchase the UVMune 400 from La Roche Posay and have it shipped to the US. LOVE it! Asked my derm last week if it's preferred over American sunscreens, and he had never even heard of UVMune. Thanks for being on the cutting edge of sunscreen technology, Dr. Dray :) I think I'm sticking with UVMune or trying Korean sunscreens that offer more than American sunscreens do here! Have also been using the Timeless orange and pink bottles you're holding up for the last 3 months. Love them too, repurchased last week, and am keeping them in my morning and evening routines!
Poshmark and Etsy both carry the Totoro Mugs. I was curious, so googled and although they are not exactly like yours, Dr. Dray, a couple are very similar and have the lids to cover the mug, too! Thanks for the video!
That’s so thoughtful of you to check!
@@heidikamrath1951 Thank you, Heidi. I hope you have a wonderful day!
I love the Y.
I became a member of my Y Oct 2021. I retired and its free membership through my medical insurance. Love it there. I went there years ago until it became to expensive. I use the Egym which are weight machines.
I love Timeless CoQ10 and Matryxl 3000 and Synthe 6. I keep them in the fridge so the cool drops in the morning feel great. I also have used Timeless Vitamin C for years. Yes, I know you don’t think it’s necessary 🤣 but my ‘wise’ skin seems to think differently. Cheers💐💐💐🇨🇦
Love that Clinton oil but recently I've been using Palmer's body oil and it works just as well and smells like chocolate
Those are very cute
Dr. Dray can you please do a The Purest Solutions review especially the arbutin serum, maybe a youtube short? 😊
