They did a great job on I have a 14 l it's a 2004 model I'm putting in a 1990 model peterbilt having an issue for water pump pipe changing the turbo deleting the EGR it's a little bow on the back of the engine on the passenger side looks like a air hose do you know what this is for what will I have to do to the ecm to delete the EGR I'm just trying to make a better I took a wore-out 3406b

i just removed the egr on a 05 columbia 14 liter detroit, i used the same turbo it takes a while the turbo to work. what kind or model of turbo you use?
Yeah, it's a total changeover, turbo, exhaust, ECM reprogram. It's going to set you back about 5K. There's a simpler way to do it, just jack up the set screw on your Turbo and Re Program the ECM. I've done both. The 2nd is far easier and just as effective.
@Dustmurod Aliev I know this is a late comment but hey I just saw this video. Either way you can definitely do it a lot cheaper. Charlie Abbot seems to have a handle on it. You should probably just take the backseat and let the big boys talk. I paid $450 for the tune and did the rest myself. I still have the vgt turbo but the vpod is null and void at this point. My truck dyno'd over 600hp and still pulls up mountains overweight with the cruise set at 72. So take this as a lesson, just cause you don't know about something doesn't mean it don't exist.
Can someone get me a parts number list so I can put my own turbo and manifold on? I’ll have to send u the ecm to “adjust” it. 2007 14l straight egr. No filter or def. s60 detriot. I can either stop in and get them or if u can ship them. Thanks
A 14 l with no egr must run amazing
You don’t have the egr or you delete it and if delete it do we need to do ecm reprogramming
That is an expensive upgrade! (Over $6k+) in one shot minimum, but the sound is amazing! I can tell that your engine breaths way better than stock.
