And one day they were showing me how some of their trucks and vans look on the inside.. Well, the cab anyway, and the windshield alone was like 3 inches thick. Didn't look like it on the outside.

They began immediately to implement procedures used in Europe where firearms are not used as protection. They were tagged “All Off”. Which meant both guards service the stop with no one in the truck. They relied on alarm systems and a truck lock down. Nothing to address employee safety of course. Several years later, Brinks in Canada adopted the same policy to remain competitive.

Yeah it had to be a inside job because if the guy had the same exact uniforms you got to asked your self how he was able to get his hands on Loomis uniformed? Well their is two ways this can happen one he works for the company but getting your class A licenses does require finger printing so I don't think someone would be dumb enough to do it them selfs but you could give your buddy your uniform and be apart of it.
you don't have to be fingerprinted for a class A lic.plus who's gonna ask you for your lic if your robbing them..???
Do you think Loomis keeps a strict count of uniforms of guards who quit or were fired. You can probably pick up an old Loomis uniform at GoodWill. Then take the logo off and put it on nice white shirt with another logo saying district supervisor. Poof you are now a top boss giving the orders.

Worked at a Macy's department store 7yrs ago two guy walked off with over $300,000 in rugs dressed up in brown khakis & no one stopped them, while store security watch them thinking that they were store workers for that department . I want tell you what mid-west city it was.

best way to avoid these armored truck robberies is to make a little garage/unloading area at all banks. so the truck drives inside, door closes behind it and now your safe to unload and load the cash. its a bit of an investment but hey.

I know I work for the company in North Carolina and we drive real trucks with real armor here. Infact my normal truck is one of the larger ones that is even explosive resistant, meaning if I hit a road side bomb I won't be able to drive off but my partner and I wouldn't die either
